Scam. It’s a one star HOSTEL. Literally, they rent beds with shared bathrooms if that’s what you’re looking for, but the worst part is that we got there and had to wait for about an hour for someone to show up. When Barbara showed up, there were many upset customers waiting and she just said we had to keep on waiting because there was a problem with the reservations. It was already getting night and no room for us, nor a straight answer or someone to talk to us. She double booked rooms and didn’t have enough availability. At the end no solution, no apology and the only thing we got was a strange lady with terrible communication skills and a very bad attitude. I’m surprised this scam is even here on Expedia. That awful place and personnel don’t belong here.

Property was exactly as advertised but we didn't get our deposit back ( we had NO IDEA that a deposit was even required) because no one was there when we checked out. Even though we checked out during the time stated to do so posted on the office door. Both phone numbers we called were not even working ??? Property was great we enjoyed our stay but extremely frustrating to lose your deposit and then have ZERO CONTACT from them afterwards .

My Wife And I had such an amazing time in Aruba. Barbara who was our host greeted us upon arrival. We were given a wonderful room with poolside view. It was everything we expected as we were trying to capture the true Island vibe. The garden and decor along with the ambiance was truly serene. The location was close to everything and I really enjoyed a short ride thru the neighborhood which made us feel like we had someone to actually visit at a home while on vacation. That was nice. I give Harmony 5 stars.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS HOTEL AND THE RECEPTIONIST WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! They will promise and lie right to your face and then turn around and not have any intention of following through. I have never been treated so terribly by a company in my life! DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WELL!! WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARDS TO MAKE SURE THEY DONT CHARGE YOU MORE BECAUSE THEY WONT REFUND THEIR MISTAKES!!

We felt so comfortable in our apartment - just like at home the dishes, towels and silverware didn't all match but were clean and there was a great assortment and we had all the appliances we needed. However what was most important, and that really made the stay, was the attention and warmth of the host. She introduces new guests when they arrive which facilitates camaraderie and friendship - we had a couple of spontaneous happy hours with some very interesting guests. She provides an overview of the island if you want it and had great information and recommendations. She is super available, regularly checking in or just watching to see if there is anything anyone needs (like noticing our evening picnic table dinner and bringing a lantern). The patio space is quite large with lots of different types of tables and chairs. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, it felt really safe (locking gate and security), not far from downtown and a short drive to the airport. A friendly homey place to kick off your shoes and relax.

Mijn vriend en ik zijn super bij met Aruba Harmony Apartments. Het is een fantastisch klein resort met veel privacy en mooi zwembad. Het is op de ideale locatie, want alles is op loopafstand. Wij Leo en ik zijn enorm verwend! Ik was jarig, en de kamer was omgetoverd tot de luxe suite! We hebben een dinner in Harmony gereserveerd, tafeltje was romantisch bij het zwembad en heel het resort was vol kleine lichtjes! Het personeel heeft voor ons gezongen en het bed versierd. Wat een leuke plek is dat. We werden van airport gehaald en koud drankje was aanwezig in de auto! Leuke mensen! Prachtige plek en geweldige service. Wij zijn op doorreis, anders zouden we zeker op deze magische plek onze vakantie willen doorbrengen. We komen beslist terug en kunnen het iedereen aanbevelen! Dank jullie wel Aruba Harmony Apartments & Spa voor de korte maar geweldige tijd bij jullie.

Aruba Harmony, best place to be! Excellent place in Oranjestad. Very clean. Amazing location and super price! Beautiful cosy resort, just between down town and the beaches. Room with kitchen, comphorftable beds. Pool is nice, garden well kept. Professional services, fabulous breakfast! We booked one night but decided to stay 10 day more. Aruba Harmony the best place to be!
