The Bella Vista Penthouse Two-bedroom condo offers mesmerizing views of one of Aruba's best beaches, Eagle Beach. From the rooftop, experience panoramic views that span the serene shores of Eagle Beach, the island's picturesque landscape, and reach all the way to the iconic California Lighthouse. The living room opens to a balcony with amazing views and includes a 3-seat (queen-size) sofa bed, a TV, and two armchairs. It also features a fully equipped kitchen and a 6-seat dining table, with a staircase to the rooftop next to the kitchen. Additionally, there is a laundry closet with a washer and dryer.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, single-size bed chair, desk with chair, built-in closet, and access to another balcony with stunning views. The second bedroom has a king-size bed , TV, and built-in closet. The unit includes two bathrooms with showers.
