A wonderful experience from the moment we arrived until we left. Well appointed rooms, new property that just celebrated their one year anniversary. Another restaurant and a new building on the beach is coming. Food was spot on with plenty of options. Staff was always there to assist.

Extremely clean room, modern amenities and excellent guest service. View from balcony was unreal. Pools were amazing although a large hot water outdoor jacuzzi would be a nice. The buffet was delicious and always fresh. Drink prices were a bit on the high side and the fact that the credit card reader did not accept our Capital One Discover card was frustrating but other than those minor complaints, it was a dream vacation spot. Would highly recommend!

The hotel room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The reception staff were helpful and made check in and check out easy. Onsite restaurant staff were helpful and breakfast and dinners were enjoyable.

it took 15 minutes for water to get hot. we had some issues with housekeeping moving our personal belongings and spilling our suitcases which was very frustrating and disappointing. also the concierge staff were not able to answer even the most basic questions. room and resort were very nice except these issues

Pools and jakuzi were cold. Service at the hotel was good. Needs improvement at the beach side for service. Def not a 5 star hotel. I would say its more like a 4 Star hotel. Will not return.
