Unfortunately our room had no balcony and was more secluded from where all the entertainment is to far down town. Would’ve stayed closer to the high line than came over here for flamingo island. The restaurant menu options were subpar considering each restaurant especially for lunch offered the same items which is frustrating if you’re trying to try different options. The buffet breakfast was for sure not worth the hype but was convenient and overall was decent. Service was very good everything was clean they offered good amenities at the pool very nice lounging areas. Don’t recommend going in their “private ocean” on the hotel property the floor needs to be cleaner maybe racked to clean up the bottom it’s not clear at all. Flamingo island and iguana island were very nice and offered great views food was again sub par not much many options to pick from!

I love staying here at the Renaissance Wind Creek Marina Hotel. It is conveniently located in the heart of Aruba and the Private Island is the highlight!! There are flamingoes, an adult side, a family side, and private Cabanas that you can rent. This is my third time on the “One Happy Island” and I know I will be back. The staff and navigators are very helpful.

Biggest perk was access to Renaissance Island where you will always have a chair as it does not get so crowded. Having separate adult and family side of the resort is also great. Be prepared for a $78 a day resort fee. Also, keep track of what you are charging to the room. Premium liquor drink cost $40. Crazy. Also 17% tip is included in every drink or food item.
