This privately owned 3rd floor condo, tropically decorated, offers spacious and comfortable living areas plus an awesome view from the balcony overlooking the pool and the Caribbean Ocean - Tranquility!

Beautiful Location
We absolutely loved this rental! It was so roomy (even more than what it looks like in the pics) and the location is so quiet and beautiful. We had plenty of space to spread out, the pools were so quiet and it is on the most beautiful of the beaches. Would definitely stay again!

Great Beach Getaway
My family and I spent a week at this wonderful Oceania condo. The location is fantastic. Eagle beach is large and was never too crowded. There are restaurants within walking distance. The condo itself is nicely decorated and very well equipped. It has everything you need for a day at the beach including chairs, towels and even coolers. The kitchen also has everything you need for your stay. It was very clean and well kept. The grounds are extremely well cared for and the staff is very friendly. The pools were great and again, never too crowded and we were there over spring break. At one point a pool had to temporarily close due to a pump issue and there was still plenty of room to enjoy. I should mention the grounds crew had the pool back in service very quickly. It’s also a great spot on the island where everything felt accessible. There are grocery stores nearby and Oranjestad is just a few minutes down the road. The owners and manager were both very responsive and made the stay easy and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place and plan on returning with my family.

Wonderful Condo on Eagle Beach
Fantastic experience from start to finish. Communication was easy and helpful. We were met at the condo by Anna; she also stopped by at the end of our visit - she was delightful, helpful and knowledgeable. The condo had everything we needed for the beach and pools. The kitchen was the best appointed I have experienced in a VRBO. The view from the porch is beautiful. The maintenance and security staff were extremely friendly. The beach is right beyond the pool gate. The street is small with little traffic and easy to cross - it may not look this way on Google maps, Beach is a 30 second walk. Eagle Beach was clean and was not extremely busy like the high rise hotel area. Great owners, great people, great condo, and great location. Thank you for a wonderful, stress free vacation!

Great 10-day stay!
Prior to our stay, we had great communication from the owners. Upon arrival, the property mgr Judy/Anna met us and walked us thru the property and explained everything to us as well as answered any questions that we had. The property looked spotless and smelled clean when we arrived. It was very well stocked w everything we needed for our stay, incl coolers, beach chairs, nice linens and everything you could think of in the kitchen. The resort was well- maintained and safe. The property mgr met us promptly for our check out time and we were on our way to the airport without delay. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Aruba ! Highly recommend!

Good Location with Mildew Smell and Construction Noise
Pros * Good location, excellent beach access * Beach essentials provided * All kitchen needs outside of ingredients supplied * Everything was a short drive if you have a vehicle and some essentials within walking distance * Beach was beautiful, not crowded, plenty of space Cons * Construction noise was as early as 6:30am Monday-Saturday directly next to the property/ Could be heard in the condo and at the beach all day * Entire condo smelled very strongly of mildew * Especially the closet in the master bedroom, even with several damp-rid packs * All of our clothes had to be washed when we got home and several pieces that were hanging in the closet are still airing out two weeks after we got home * When we talked to the property manager about the smell it sounded like it was a known issue, having to do with the age of the building and the climate control of the surrounding units * We have spent a lot of time in humid climates and throughout the caribbean, this was the worst mildew smell we've experienced * Couldn't set the air conditioning below 72 degrees or else it would freeze up * In the middle of the night the bedrooms would get incredibly hot and very uncomfortable * Fan in master bedroom wasn't properly balanced and was too loud to run at full speed General Comments * Master bed was very hard, not a negative or a positive, just a comment * The new resort being built next door and opening Q4 2024 may increase the population on the beach in front of the unit

60th birthday
We took our family for my wife's 60th birthday. This was one of the units we rented in Oceania. It was great! My son and his family stayed in the unit. They loved waking up each morning to the view from the balcony. The unit was very well kept, the grounds were immaculate and the communication with Julie throughout the process was wonderful. She helped with some of the arrangements for the infants/toddlers. Thanks again. We'll be back

Centrally located yet not crowded
The condo was perfect for what we needed - lots of space, comfortable, with everything we needed. Great beach with palapas right across the road. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Construction nextdoor (new Iberostar) was not an issue - some activity during the day, but not that noisy.

Paradise
The property was amazing and it was in a great location. The place had all we needed and a washer and dryer as well. Dryer took a long time to dry but eventually dries the laundry. Be aware of the early start of the construction site next door but didn’t bother us. We enjoyed the stay and made great memories. Hope to be back!
