There are as a huge roach and a geico in my room. The stove burner did not work.

We appreciate your feedback, and we will be reviewing your comments with our team to ensure that we can improve our services and facilities.Our housekeepers do an excellent job when they clean the rooms and inform us if getting some type of insect so we can react immediately. We have always been proud that at TOTT we don't have pest problems. On the other hand, the Toteki (as called in Aruba) "Gekos," are harmless and usually hide in dark places, when a guest finds any in the room and we get informed, our team does their best to remove them without causing them any harm. We do appreciate that they help fight mosquitoesIn the case of the burner, I understand that when our head of maintenance was informed, he did everything possible to solve the problem of the temperature at which the stove heated and that it was not adequate.We are sorry that your stay had inconveniences.

This property was close to the airport and close to the “downtown” area but the noise from the Sandra’s Garden night club directly across the street and the motorcycles/cars doing tricks until the wee hours of the morning was unbearable. Got up after 2 hours sleep and found another hotel for the remainder of my stay.

Left after 1st night. Paint peeling in the room, service was fair at best, brutal location and nothing like the other hotels and resorts. If you're there on business, then maybe, otherwise you'd be better off finding somewhere else.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming! It would have been nice if 1 of the 2 hot tubs would have been both hot and working. We liked the beach across the street along with the quiet comfort of the courtyard pool. We understand the covid situation did cause the restaurant and other amenities to be closed or have limited hours. We'll definitely return, prehaps to stay in an apartment style room.

The courtyard pool was nice. It would have been better if one of the 2 hot tubs was working and hot. Also ifnthe room would have had a coffee pot with coffee available.

TOTT definitely isn’t the resort life and it’s really close to the airport. However, due to covid it was perfect. Not crowded at all. There was one family at the pool other than us. The woman at the desk Jessica was the best. Super helpful. Arranged our cabs, any excursions and covid testing info. The breakfast situation was the worst out of the stay. It was across the street with basic breakfast food with pork/ham. Which is what we don’t eat. We had to talk to the manager about other options. It’s not far from the shopping areas and maybe a 15 min cab ride to the resorts. Which was pretty packed. Overall it was great. We were on the first floor. There is laundry machines. A pool. Everything needed.
