Coyote Ridge is a luxury vacation home designed with the charm and beauty of the old west. With the popularity of Zion National Park why not hike into the park straight from this home. You can access trails like the East rim, Cable Mountain and our favorite ,Observation Point from this neighborhood No shuttle, no crowds. Coyote Ridge has four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. We can accommodate up to 14 people in beds.

The garage has a Tesla Gen 3 Level 2 charger free use for guests.

We have a fully furnished kitchen and a large stone gas fireplace. Two Satellite TV’s with DVD player and a selection of movies. There is a large balcony on the front and a very large deck that can accommodate large parties. Coyote Ridge sits on one acre that backs on to open space to give you that true mountain experience. There is a large gas barbecue grill and outdoor seating for those evening mountain dinners. There is great access to surrounding forest/plateau country and Zion for hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, photography, and great sightseeing. Located to take day trips to Bryce National Park less then an hour, Zion within walking distance, The North Rim Grand Canyon 2 hours , Lake Powell 2 hours, Navajo lake and many more sights to see in the area.

This is a BEAUTIFUL mountain home!! We had an amazing stay. The location was peaceful and scenic and conveniently located close to Zion National Park. The host was very attentive and did a wonderful job of making sure the house has everything you need, and more, including lots of information about local amenities and suggestions for your stay. The kitchen is well appointed, the beds are comfortable, the living room is so cozy, and the deck, hot tub, and outdoor fire pit provide a perfect place to unwind after a day of hiking. Everyone enjoyed being able to have family meals at the dining table which very comfortably fit our large group. The kids loved the ping pong table in the garage and would have loved to explore the other amenities (miniature golf, etc.) if we had an extra day. The only complaint we have is that we should have booked it for longer. We’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home and location. Very clean and perfect for our family of 10, whose ages ranged from almost 2 to 75.Very pretty drive to Zion, beautiful scenery and it was fun to see the many deer and wild turkeys on the way. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect home and location!

Perfect Zion getaway.

Very comfortable and accommodating for 9 people to recover after a hard day of hiking. Beautiful inside and out, super clean , and spacious. Our two families do a national park trip every summer for the last 5 years and this was the best house we've stayed in. The location worked awesome for Zion, Bryce and the Grand Staircase. We used both Stave Spring and East Mesa Trailheads about 5 minutes away when we didn't want to mess with the craziness within Zion. Recovered in the hot tub and kids played ping pong all night. Highly recommend!

Excellent Stay!

We were so glad that we chose to stay in this beautiful quiet house on the east side versus in Springdale. The drive through the park to get to the house is breathtaking and the house has absolutely everything you need including a tremendous amount of space in addition to being very clean. The view in the mornings of the sunset was amazing and the hot tub was perfect after long days of hiking. Would definitely return and recommend to others. Side note: If it has been raining or there is any mud definitely consider getting a ride with the Ponderosa Ranch up to East Mesa Trailhead/ Observation point rather than trying to drive yourself.

Zion National Park Trip

We had a great stay at this house. The photos of the interior & exterior of the property are accurate, and actually don't do it justice. The host was super easy to communicate with and all responses were very prompt. The house was very clean when we checked in - if we could give more than 5 stars for cleanliness, this property earned it. The house is really well stocked with supplies and equipment, especially the kitchen. All the beds we used were comfortable and there are extra blankets which came in handy on the colder nights. The welcome book at the house is packed with helpful information and the host provided some additional recommendations for restaurants. The house is convenient to the East Entrance to ZION NP. The neighborhood where the house is located is very quiet. We would definitely stay at this house again if we are in the area.

Beautiful house

We enjoyed our stay. The host gave us the best recommendation to e-bike into Zion which was great. Saved a lot of time on the shuttle. We enjoyed the hot tub and all the space in the house! Also liked being able to order pizza from the Resort. Very good pizza and convenient. We also used the resort shuttle to drop us off at the Observation Trail head. Overall a great experience.

We loved our time staying here! It is convenient to Zion NP, yet peaceful and serene. The house is well equipped. We appreciated being able to carry out dinner from Zion Ponderosa Resort. We enjoyed watching the star filled sky from the deck. Great experience!

Amazing Home!

This house was fantastic. When they say it is fully stocked they are not kidding. They had every type of pot and pan, most food staples and everything you need. The grill was in excellent condition. The hot tub is very nice and all the rooms were great. They have an amazing binder at the house with so many suggestions on what to do. Zion is 25 minutes away and Bryce Canyon is about an hour and a half. It is a bit remote, but most things are in this area. I would stay here again in a second.

We spent Thanksgiving here with two families and the close proximity to Zion made the trip so special. We enjoyed the privacy away from all the hustle and bustle. This is a great house to hang out in, for cooking big meals and enjoying time with friends

Perfect for a large group

The property was beautiful and exactly as pictured online. We had a group of 11 and there was plenty of space. There are two bedrooms with attached bathrooms, so this was a great property for multiple families to share-- each couple had their own "master" bedroom. Laundry was great-- totally necessary after days of hiking around Zion. The property was very private- we never saw other neighbors and had plenty of outdoor space. The hot tub was perfect- very roomy and so relaxing at the end of the day. Had plenty of seating and dishes for our large group. Well stocked kitchen. We did not run out of toilet paper, paper towels, or trash bags-- all were well supplied. Only con- the ping pong paddles were plastic and not usable (no rubber side for grip or regular play). The balls were mishapen, maybe from use? We had hoped to play more in that space but for a ping pong loving family- this area wasn't quite what we were hoping for. Overall, this house was really wonderful and I would definitely recommend for a trip to Zion (we even took a day and went to Bryce Canyon as well-- the drive was totally doable!)
