We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The views were amazing and we could enjoy it from the hot tub. My family of 8 really enjoyed the game room and large kitchen. There was plenty of space for all of us. My daughter even saw a bobcat climbing a tree in the back yard! We would love to return someday!

This is one of our favorite vacation homes we have rented. It was new, beautifully decorated, amazing scenery that felt very private, lots of amenities, and central to all of the national parks and things to must-dos in Utah.

Everything was perfect.

Perfectly clean, perfectly welcoming hosts, possibly the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on, and a GREAT layout for a family with kids. The upstairs bunk room was separated enough from the rest of the house that the adults didn’t have to try hard to be quiet at night between the kids’ bedtime and theirs (and it was just the right size to sleep all four of our littles). The view from the back was amazing, the stargazing was incredible, and s’mores around the fire pit made for the most special family memories. Highly recommend staying here!!

Perfect place for a quiet getaway

The property was actually better than the pictures!! Each room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The living room had great seating for everyone. Then kitchen was just like home and had everything you would need to make each meal. The outdoor patios and views were amazing as well. Alex was super easy to communicate with and I would happily recommend this property. It is centrally located among several national parks and makes a great home base.

Fantastic House in great location

Stayed a few nights with a group of friends following the Ragnar Trail Zion. Great central location between Zion & Bryce. Not much very close by, but the essentials (groceries and a great coffee shop) are available in Orderville. House is amazing. Perfect setup for large groups or families. Kitchen is well equipped for meal prep. Great views out the back door.

Beautiful Views, Gorgeous House!

Exactly as pictured! Just a gorgeous, new home with a huge kitchen, lots of areas to hang out, incredibly comfy beds and an amazing outdoor space that we took full advantage of. Easy trips to Zion, Bryce and Coral Pink Sands. We've taken a lot of girls trips over the years and this house was our favorite. Owners are super easy to communicate with and provided lots of info. Breathtaking Views and Perfect Location!

What initially drew us to this rental were the stunning views, and they did not disappoint. The house overlooks a beautiful valley with mountains in the background, offering truly spectacular scenery. It’s equipped with everything you could need—super clean, cozy, and the fireplace creates such a welcoming atmosphere on cool nights. The location is ideal, with all the major attractions close by. We were able to explore Zion, Bryce, Pink Sand Dunes, and The Wave within the same week! If you’re looking for a rental that’s perfectly situated near top parks, boasts incredible views, and provides all the necessary amenities, this is the place to stay. The owners were fantastic, staying in touch to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Perfect escape from Vegas

The house was everything we were looking for after a few days in Las Vegas. Perfectly situated between two National Parks it was a perfect spot to come back to and relax and enjoy the afternoon and evening after a day of hiking and horseback riding. The house was as beautiful and well cared for as the pictures showed. It had everything and more than the description. The owners were very responsive and checked to see if we need anything at all. From a fully stocked kitchen, to the game room, and a fabulous outdoor area to enjoy some drinks and while steaks were on the grill. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay around Zion or Bryce. I can’t wait to get back!

It was an awesome time.

My family and I had a wonderful time, just a little problem with the kitchen fan it wasn't work, and the fire alarm went off a few times. Another suggestion was that the beds were too high. There were a few seniors with knee problems in my group, otherwise we all enjoyed .

A beautiful home with stunning views and convenient location!

I was looking for a location that was conveniently located near Zion, Bryce and Antelope Canyon. Everything was only about 1 to 1.5 hour drive away! And Kanab is only a short 20 minute drive. If you're looking for a clean and beautiful home with views, please definitely book with My Zion Vacation! We stayed in the Juniper Mountain Retreat and the views were just magnificent. We used the campfire and hot tub almost every night. The beds were comfortable (not many rentals invest in comfy beds) and the kitchen was stocked with all of the basics and more! Our hosts were also great at communicating promptly and they had a very thorough guide of everything you needed to know from the house to nearby activities.

Amazing Place!!

We spent a week in Zion & Bryce Canyon with our 4 20-something boys. This house couldn't have been a more perfect place to return to each night. Alex and Vanessa have thought of everything. Perfect location between the two parks. Tons of space to spread out. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The view from the hot tub after a long day of hiking was the perfect way to end each day. There were a couple of minor issues that came up, but Alex always answered his cell and/or texts and got the issues resolved immediately. I can't say enough about Alex and Vanessa. They are great hosts and we loved calling their beautiful home our own for an amazing week!!!

Perfect Zion/Bryce Retreat

This lovely home will not disappoint! It is super clean and comfy and has so many little extras other homes do not offer such as fully stocked toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, dish soap, etc. It also has quality kitchen items along with extras such as a blender, griddle and tons of bakeware. My family thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub after long days of hiking at the nearby parks. We also used the grill and outside eating area, had a fire in the fire pit and took in the crystal clear sky and relaxed on the comfy couch that actually fit all 6 of us (not easy to find)! We had an issue with the dishwasher and Alex and Vanessa responded quickly and had the problem fixed in an hour. We could not have asked for a nicer home to spend our vacation!

January stay

I looked quite a bit for a cabin stay near Zion and Bryce Canyon and this one looked perfect but I was wary it might look better online than IRL. No worries ... everything was at least as good as shown on the website. This is definitely a "step up" in quality from other cabin experiences we've had in other areas of the country. The view is amazing and I loved simply sitting in front of the huge picture window taking it all in. I love the "quiet" of east Zion, and while there are pros and cons of going in January, it worked out great for us: no crowds at the parks, and since we didn't have to battle any snow while we were there, I'll take hiking in winter over hiking in the summer heat! We only had 1 question while we were there and it was promptly answered with a quick text - very responsive. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend to others.

Extremely comfortable stay

The house and all the amenities are brand new. The only downside during the stay was the oven and exhaust vent broke before we arrived. During the whole time, we were using the stove on the BBQ grill to cook which was not too much of a problem. Owner Alex immediately notified us with the issue before we arrived. He also responded to our question timely. We ran out of coffee pods but because there’s only one day left of the stay. Alex deliveries some more for us. Very nice of him. The house is large. We arrived in two families. We had more than enough room for each family. Outside of the house was gorgeous. BBQ grill, heat lamp, seating area with sofa, large dining table outside. Also there’s a jacuzzi which we didn’t have a chance to try. Then there’s a sunbath area next to the jacuzzi. One more level down, there is fire pit and chairs which we used for stargazing. Lovely house. If I ever have a chance to visit Zion area. Will definitely stay with the retreat.

Fantastic home in great setting

We were two people stating in this vast home, so my details may not be entirely accurate. Juniper is a beautiful home which sits on an escarpment that overlooks mountains in both directions. Wonderful views from the two outdoor decks, hot tub, fireplaces, and the living room. It is tastefully decorated and has every modern convenience to make your stay comfortable. We stayed in January, but still made full use of the large outdoor hot tub to star gaze at night. Make sure you turn off all the lights. Our king bed was super comfortable. Large walk in shower ensuite, and a walk in closet in the master. There are 4-5 other bedrooms with King beds, and bunk beds, as well as 3 full sitting areas. Think we counted 4 full bathrooms as well as a complete laundry room. The garage has been converted into a games room with a pool table, ping pong table. Plus a couple of pac man machines. Great for kids and young at heart. Home could easily accommodate a group of a dozen or more people. We used the home as a base to explore Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National park. And a trip into Arizona to see Glen Canyon Dam and Horseshoe Bend. My wife and I love to hike. This place is a hiker's paradise. Could easily spend a couple weeks here exploring the parks. I hope we get a chance to bring our family back to Utah.

It seems too good to be true... but it's not!

I've been in two minds about leaving a glowing review because if people find out how good this place is, everyone will want to go and then I won't be able to go back:-) I'm not joking when I say I was convinced that this place wasn't real. I thought it looked too nice. I was sure the pictures were fake, nowhere looks that nice right?! They must be edited. Or so I thought. Until we showed up and it was even better in real life than in the pictures. The setting is beautiful, the views are breath-taking, the cabin itself is gorgeous. It's fitted with all mod cons and literally has everything you need and way more. The interior design is so classy and they have designed the space really well. We loved hanging out in the hot tub, admiring the views or admiring the stars. We enjoyed home cooking because they had every utensil you could possibly think of. I also really loved the bar chairs... I know that's random but they really are the most comfortable and gorgeous bar chairs ever! Our beds were crazy comfortable and again, rooms were decorated and kitted out in a really tasteful cozy way. A note on Vanessa & Alex... they were super lovely and really made our stay special. They even rescued us when our car got stuck in the snow!!! We were/are so grateful. They even delivered a much needed tipple to our front door after our slightly too adventurous snow escapades. Vanessa & Alex were kind, friendly, helpful and fun throughout. I'm saying all this but we still ask you not to book, so that we can go back!;-)
