Private: large, well-kept garden 1'700 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and alarm system. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Supermarket 8 km, bus stop "Route de l'hôpital" 600 m, sandy beach "Le Pin Sec" 29 km.
