Remodeled home- spacious, beautiful yard, hot tub & ocean view all around!!

Crissey Cottage is a cute beach front home, with a breathtaking view! This cozy home, makes for a wonderful place to create memories. This cozy cottage is located in the center of Brookings, down a beautiful and friendly neighborhood. While only .7 miles from Fred Meyers and .7 miles from Harris Beach State Park, it is the perfect location to start your adventures here on the coast.

When you enter into the home you are greeted with a beautiful ocean view and an open layout. With the living room being a large portion of the home it makes for a nice place to gather before going on your daily adventure. This room comes with a large flat screen TV with cable and DVD access. A nice fireplace and several spots to sit back and enjoy either one of those amenities. This home has vinyl flooring throughout. The outside of this home is absolutely stunning with beautiful greenery and a view of the ocean that just keeps going! Take in the view on the spacious back deck, with the 4-6 seated hot tub, and create memories by the gas fire pit and BBQ (Replaced in 2020).

Bedroom Description and Layout:

The master bedroom is laminate flooring, with a nice king size mattress and an attached full bathroom. The second bedroom located in the same hall as the master, has vinyl flooring with a queen mattress. While it is smaller that the other two bedrooms, it is full of natural lighting making the room appear very spacious, plus you have a beautiful view of the ocean. The third bedroom is located through the kitchen, and it is also has vinyl flooring and holds a queen mattress along with two folding, roll-away beds, for those additional sleepers. The third bedroom also comes with a beautiful ocean view and a smaller flat screen and DVD access.

Bathroom Layout/Descriptions:

There are two bathrooms in this cute home. The master bathroom located in the master bedroom, has a full bathroom with a shower. The second bathroom is located in the hall between the master and second bedroom. This bathroom is a bit more spacious, with a shower/tub combo.

This rental is not pet friendly. This rental is a non-smoking rental. NO RV's Allowed!

Property Update- 2024; the deck has been updated, current to code however railing has been removed. Photos will be updated as soon as our coastal rain breaks for sunshine.

What a wonderful stay at Crissey Cottage!! The view was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, windows all across the back of the house overlooking the ocean, beautiful view from all rooms with the exception of the master, nice grounds around the house, the home was very nice, beautiful large kitchen, very nice upgrades, layout very convenient and well-stocked. The home was clean and inviting. Spacious great room with multiple sitting areas, an extra table for games/puzzles, dining room very nice and as mentioned, kitchen was great. The master was also spacious and very comfortable. Nice touches like heaters in the bedrooms for those chilly nights and the guest instruction manual was very instructive with detailed instructions. Mariah at Paragon was very helpful and responsive with a very pleasant attitude, and the owner of the property was very generous and accommodating which was most appreciated. We want to say thank you for sharing your home and helping us to have such a memorable vacation. If vacationing in Brooking again, we would love to return to Crissey Cottage.

The eccentricities of an older home (smaller bathrooms, space heaters in the bedrooms) were more than made up for by the spectacular views. I mean, really? The deck felt brand new and looked onto a breathtaking vista. We liked the fact that the house was on a bluff instead of beach level. It felt more secure to us.

I have been traveling to the Oregon Coast once every two or three years for the last 20 years. This is by far the best combinatio of property and view that i have ever experienced. The home and property are beautiful well apponted and stunningly landscaped. And the view is just breathtaking. The ocean side of the house is so thoughtfully arranged ao that you can sit different places and aee completely different vistas. I particularly enjoyed rge swing and the rocking chairs. I hope to stay here again.

Truly perfect home for a family vacation! The new deck is simply fabulous - almost as fab as the view. The home is so well appointed it's like family lives there full time! Great house. Open floor plan. Everything was easy. Redwoods to the south and Oregon coast beaches etc to the north. The view from inside and from the deck is worth whatever extra you intend to spend.

Absolutely Perfect

This was my 4th or 5th time staying here, and it was terrific, as usual. We spent most of our time enjoying the sensational view, sitting by the gas fire pit on the deck, and soaking in the hot tub while watching the sun set. The house is great, bedding super comfortable, and everything we needed kitchenwise was here. Can't wait to return.

Amazing views and Amentities

My husband and I stayed in this adorable cottage right on the ocean for two nights and it was so peaceful and perfect. Check in process was super easy and the cottage is located in a quiet little neighborhood right when you enter Brookings 15 miles up the road on the coast is the scenic corner with so many cool places to stop off in sightsee. Brookings is a nice little clean town as well. The cottage itself was super clean had all the amenities including a big TV, comfy blankets and recliners to relax, clean bedrooms and the kitchen was gorgeous with granite countertops and nice new clean appliances. You can’t beat the view looking out the kitchen window onto the huge deck with so many things to make your stay great like a hot tub, swing fire pit, etc. you can’t beat the view. Cottage was great check-in was easy would highly recommend.

Fantastic views!

This property is absolutely fabulous in every way. The views are unmatched. Great location to multiple beaches, Redwood NP, grocery store and restaurants. Had everything we needed! Highly recommended to stay here. It’s a gem!
