Experience the best of privacy, luxury, and fun just 15 minutes from downtown Madison! This spacious retreat features a chef’s kitchen, great room, game room, 6 bedrooms (2 en suite) plus bunkroom, and 5.5 bathrooms. Outdoors, enjoy dining, built-in BBQ, firepit, basketball hoop, and a large fenced yard. Perfect for families or groups, with quiet nights, stunning stars, and beautiful natural surroundings. Comfortably sleeps 16 with plenty of space and fun for all.

The home was recently constructed just 4 miles from Madison, roughly 15 minutes from downtown. There is ample parking including 2 garage spaces for guests and large driveway. One acre lot with large fenced in yard has plenty of space to enjoy, and is set very far from any neighbors for privacy and quiet setting. There is a separate apartment over the garage that is not accessible to guests during their stay. There are 6 large bedrooms upstairs with 4 bathrooms including 2 ensuite. Main level great room, chef's kitchen with large island, half bath, and study. Lower level has bunk room with 6 bunk beds, large full bathroom, and game room with arcade games and large TV/couch. Large rap around decks with outdoor dining and barbecue area.

1 acre lot with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. There is a one bedroom apartment on the property above the garage that is off limit to guests, occupied by property manager, they are normally not on site during stays. Any pets or events require prior approval.
