Tired and now Expensive Food Costs Sky High
Publié le 5 mars 2024 sur HotelsIts always been a bit of a trade off between quality , cost and location however recent changes have seen the cost far outweigh the quality . The place has glaring maintenance issues hot tub with no hot again , sauna with split , missing timber slats and seats , rotten timber inside the refrigerator cabinet and this is in one of their newer rooms. Then there's the food both the quality and the cost have changed ie quality down and cost way up plus the restricted min. 2 course menu at $80 per head and removal of any cheaper options ie soups and their previous roast option. They seriously need to rethink these cost up changes who ever thought that was a good idea?

Great retreat
Publié le 1 mars 2024 sur HotelsYou could not ask for a more friendly and welcoming team. We really felt welcome and that nothing would be any trouble. Great experience on the 4x4 with Jackie. Nathan took us to see the galaxy of glow worms in the pitch black of the rainforest. Both excursions were made enjoyable and informative by both the guides who were exceptional. The food in the restaurant was superb. My only issue was the single bed in the family room. Probably was for a child but the mattress was most uncomfortable for an adult. Would love to return again sometime.
