The carpets are in desperate need of a proper cleaning. Our children’s knees and feet and my feet were disgusting and black after walking on the carpet. The bathtub was degraded to the point the plug had rusted off and was no longer attached and the stopper on faucet to start the shower was corroded enough to not be able to pull and plug properly so the shower pressure was awful. However the beds were comfortable and clean and the staff was really kind and welcoming. There was self service laundry available ($2.75/load) and the breakfast was very good as far as hotel breakfast is concerned.

Breakfast was great and beds were nice and clean. There was some stains on our curtains, and walls. The closet door was not attached and almost fell on our kids. Manager is never available. It's an okay location pool and spa are nice but laundry room was out of service and everything seemed like it was falling apart.

Our room was nice. It was quiet and we enjoyed being on the first floor. Did not like the parking situation. Too many trucks, RVs, and trailers that would take 6 to 7 parking spaces which left very little parking for other paying customers. These travelers should park their rigs else where.

Easy check in. Continental breakfast was just OK, with as many people as there were, they should have had another waffle maker. The line was loooong. I was also told by the young man at the front desk that housekeeping only services rooms that give 24 hours notice??????!!!!!!! Never heard of that before!
