Avoid this hotel if possible. I was charged for room damages that did not occur and had to have my credit card company dispute the claim.

I believe you are talking about the 50 security deposit which we release our hold on at check out. If you would like a receipt to see there were no extra charges charged or refunded/voided, please call us back to provide an email we can send the receipt to. We are so sorry for the misunderstanding.

Pull it bed was broken and there was ants in and around the night .

We apologize your stay wasn't what we hoped it would be! I had our Head Housekeeper check the pullout and she didn't find it broken, but I am sorry you were unable to use it. If made aware something is not right in a guest's room, our Front Desk staff are always willing to help or switch your room.

The bathroom needs help. Fan could wake the dead, toilet made noises, the plate on the bathtub faucet lever comes away from the wall, and it takes the water forever to get hot. Staff was great, property overall nice, breakfast was good.

I’ve stayed here multiple times. It’s my go-to for when visiting the Provo area. Breakfast is a little lacking in quality, but overall it’s a great place to stay.

Great hotel, convenient location

Front desk agent Andrew was amazing, on top of everything and even 1 step ahead, kind, and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, room smelt a little muggy and that didn't go away. Other hotels usually don't clean automatically if staying for more than 1 night so we were not prepared and didn't get back to room til late, we had to remake sofa bed late and got a phone call we were being too loud, not the hotel's fault but not ours either as we were not expecting it to have been folded up and put away. Housekeeping also did not replace hand towels/towels they took so we were short, I'm sure we could have asked for more and it wouldn't have been a problem but not expecting it coming in so late after a long day when we had an early morning was a tad of an inconvenience but again not their fault, it was a communication thing. Breakfast was good, warm and well stocked. Only issue was parking, hopefully this can be addressed at some point, when we got back after an outing at midnight there was no parking, they had 2 large trailers taking up an entire row of parking, was told by front desk to park in tesla parking and in the morning a gentleman was calling a tow truck to tow any non tesla cars, thank goodness we overheard a commotion about this and went to move our car but that should not be happening.

The tub was obviously not cleaned and just didn’t feel like a clean place to stay in. I will definitely not be returning.
