Studio ĂŽ Soleil, in the heart of Orient Bay Park, on the beach

The studio has just been refurbished following the passage of Hurricane IRMA and is available again from December 23. It is located in the heart of the Orient Bay village, a 3-minute walk from the most beautiful beach on the island and from the village square in a closed and secure park.
Ideal site for calm, sporting or animated holidays. Everything is planned for you to have a dream vacation. The beach, restaurants, local shops and even nautical activities are less than 5 minutes' walk from the studio.
The studio is located in a very quiet residence on the ground floor overlooking a swimming pool (very uncrowded because the residence has 95% residents year round). The studio is composed of an entrance, a main room with fully equipped American kitchen, a bathroom, cupboards, a veranda (covered terrace) with living room and garden table as well as a small garden with lounge chair. You will find the comfort of your daily life with a flat screen TV, internet connection, barbecue, parking, etc.
Very nice service for this renovated studio and planned for 2 people (1 cot or child can be added).
Owner's tips
The studio is ideally located to enjoy the beach and the lively atmosphere of Saint Martin.
The owners will warmly welcome you and make you benefit from their knowledge of the island and its surroundings and their good addresses: beaches, activities, restaurants, sea trips, etc.
They can also put you in touch with car rental companies who will pick you up at the airport as soon as you arrive. Peaceful and carefree holidays !!!
The rental includes towels, bath, mid and end of stay cleaning.

Cute Studio in Orient Bay

For us, this studio was great, clean and in a perfect location! Everything was within walking distance, beautiful Orient Bay beach, amazing restaurants, beach bars and a small grocery store. The pool is awesome and at times we had it all to ourselves! Delphine provides very comfortable pool chairs which we used everyday. I love to cook and enjoyed making a few small meals in. Wi-Fi and AC worked great! Delphine was wonderful to work with. She responded promptly to all of our emails and answered any questions we had. She lives close by and though we didn't need her, she said we could contact her for anything. Thank you Delphine for everything. We would love to stay in your studio again on our next visit to Orient Bay! Merci!!

This is our 3rd or 4th stay and it has always been perfection. This year I had an accident on the island. And unfortunately the pool isn’t user friendly. No handrails and the first step is real deep. But the property is well kept, and the owner of the unit is always available if you need them. I give it 5 stars and highly recommended

This little cozy place was in the perfect location. We did not rent a car but we did not need one. All the restaurants and beaches are within walking distance. We will be back and saying here. The check in was easy once we found it ( cab dropped us off at wrong location). It was clean and just as pictures show.

A beautiful piece of paradise

This is our third time renting this unit. It has been everything we expected it to be. It felt like coming home again. We already have booked this unit for next year. This was our second time staying here. We loved how close it is to Orient beach , the restaurants and the local stores. The backyard is pretty and quiet . The pool is great to get some sun and swim in . Delphine is wonderful to work with .

We had an amazing stay & everything about the property was excellent. Everything we wanted was a very short 1-2 block walk away! Groceries, bakeries, amazing restaurants, & of course the beautiful beach too! The pool was refreshing each afternoon & a parking spot right out front for the rental car we didn't even need was handy too. I can't wait to come back again!! Perfection!

We loved every day of our stay! This condo is in a perfect location, in relation to shops, restaurants, and beach. We loved our short walks to everything we wanted to do in Orient Bay. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. If you’re concerned about having a washing machine but no dryer for laundry, don’t be. Our towels and clothing dried in no time since this island is arid. We packed in carry on luggage for a week’s stay because we knew we could wash our clothes. It worked like a charm! The pool was quiet and I didn’t even have to share when I swam laps every evening. The entire area is quiet, safe, and friendly. We only had one question for our hosts, Delphine & Christophe, and it was answered immediately. They’re attentive and wanted to be sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. We’re already talking about dates for our return trip!

Perfect place, perfect location and great swimming pool

Our third stay in St Martin went perfectly with a few days in Les Lataniers and the studio is just perfect for a couple willing to enjoy the island and enjoy Orient Bay. A few minutes from the beach and all the restaurants, in a very quiet street and facing the pool residence (very quiet as it is used by a few residents), we can't wait to come again. The studio is clean, perfectly equiped with an efficient wifi, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, beach towels...nothing is missing. The host is really nice and inquired to check if we were nicely installed so it is an overall excellent renting experience.

Fantistic Stay in Orient Bay

This was our very first time to St. Martin and Orient Bay. We arrived in the afternoon and immediately met the friendly property owner Delphine. Delphine was very helpful with all our questions and quickly responded to new requests. Everything was clean and comfortable with all the necessities we needed for our week-long stay, and the property was exactly as the photos reflect. We also enjoyed the community pool in the late afternoons, just a few steps away from our patio. The property is literally a 3-minute walk to Orient Beach and 2-minute walk to some little shops, like the friendly “Good Morning CafĂ©â€ and many amazing restaurants. It’ couldn’t have been more convenient for us. We absolutely fell in love with the quiet and safe little neighborhood, the apartment and all the friendly people we’re encountered during our stay. We can’t wait to return to this little gem. Oh yes, something else not related to the property, but worthy of mentioning. If you have a chance check out Delphine’s design creations. We ran into her at Mardi de Grand Case on Tuesday nights, which was an unexpected and pleasant surprise for us. We were very impressed.

A Hidden Oasis!

We are regular visitors to French St. Martin and our stay at this spot was above our expectation! The location was perfect, near beach, restaurants, grocery and coffee and croissants in am! Delphine out host was very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back very soon!
