Welcome to Sunny Duplex – La Zenia

If you are looking for a sunny house with lots of outdoor space close to everything, our house is perfect.



The house is a duplex, with three floors and is located in a very peculiar gated community, with a pedestrian-only street where the little ones can play and run without problems.

The house has a closed underground garage, with direct private access to the garden of the same house.

In the garden you will find plenty of space to sit down to eat, sunbathe, or have a barbecue.

Lovely family holiday home

Great property in great location. Close to lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Beach only a short walk away. Property was spacious and had everything you needed if you decided to cook. Lots of outdoor space to use. Pool was lovely and warm but closed for a short period during siesta time.
Stayed 14 nights in Aug 2024
