This charming and wonderfully cozy first floor apartment is ideally located in a very quiet residential area. On the south-facing terrace you can have a wonderful breakfast in the sun even in winter. Afterwards, you can drive to the beach in 5-10 minutes by car and enjoy the rest of the day there.
