Holiday home - 10 persons - appartment 1 and appartment 2 together

This wonderful house is quite spacy and consists of 2 individual appartments, in total 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Availability for 10 persons (+2 baby's). All luxury : WIFI, TV flatscreen, Airconditioning, communal Swimming pool, 1,5km from the nice sand beaches.
The first apartment on the ground floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room. The second one has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. On top there is a nice terras with open green views. They are connected with an indoor stair (door can be locked) and an outdoor stair resulting in 2 different entrnces. This house is perfect for 2 groups (families, friends) that want to go on vacation together but still want to have their own privacy. Can also be rented out for a smaller group.

2 price is for the entire villa, consisting of the 2 appartments. Please contact us in case you only want to rent 1 appartment.

Nos alojamos 8 personas, 4 adultos y 4 niños/adolescentes. Nosotros no pudimos dejar el coche en la plaza de parking que tiene la casa porque ambos coches nos pegaban abajo al intentar meterlo. Y en las calles de la urbanizaciĂłn no permiten dejarlo. Sin embargo, siempre encontramos sitio a la puerta de la urbanizaciĂłn. La casa es muy funcional. Con todo lo esencial para una buena estancia. Camas bastante cĂłmodas, aunque quizĂĄ deberĂ­an renovar Almohadas. Tiene armarios empotrados aunque casi todos con pocas baldas, y llenos de sillas, cunas, aspirador
 Nosotros utilizamos las cĂłmodas en casi todas las habitaciones. HabĂ­a muchos juegos de mesa, libros, 4 sillas de playa, sillas plegables, sombrilla (aunque estaba un poco rota), tabla de surf para los niños, 
 En la terraza superior tiene mesa y sillas y cenador con toldos. Siempre cenĂĄbamos ahĂ­. La comunicaciĂłn con el propietario fue buena. Tuvimos que pedir a la agencia que nos cambiase el mando de la puerta de entrada con coches. La piscina muy limpia, aunque con poquita sombra. Lo Ășnica pega es que la limpian en horas de apertura y te mandan salir sobre una hora. A nosotros nos tocĂł el sĂĄbado a las 12h de la mañana. UrbanizaciĂłn sĂșper tranquila, sin ruidos, y vecinos muy majos. Nos recomendaron lugares que visitar y planes para hacer.

well equipped comfortable home

The home was well equipped ,clean and tidy with everything we needed for our stay. There was six adults and one child in our group and there was plenty of space for us all to be together or to have separate quiet times. With the temperature being 30 degrees plus all week we were a little worried about being too warm but thankfully the air conditioning and fans kept the house very cool. There was a walk to the local shops and restaurants but nothing to strenuous. Overall we had a very nice stay and would recommend visiting

Manglede vigtige oplysninger.

Vi rejset 9 personer i alderen 12-45 Är. Selve lejligheden fungerede ok. Der var mange vÊrelser og aircondition pÄ alle etager. Lejligheden trÊnger til en opdatering men har en okay beliggenhed i forhold til indkÞb og spisesteder. Det er et meget stille omrÄde og der mÄ ikke laves den mindste larm uden der bliver klaget. Ved poolen mÄ der ikke leges- hoppes i eller spilles bold. Kun svÞmmes. Det var til stor skuffelse for vores bÞrn. Derudover mÄ der ikke medbringes mad eller drikke. Og du mÄ ikke have solcreme pÄ . Det var vi ikke advaret om inden vi bestilte vores ferie. StrÞmmen i lejligheden gik ofte. Selve kospordencen mellem udlejer var meget fin.

Buena experiencia

Muy buena zona, tranquila pero cerca de buena playa y con todos los servicios al lado. La casa con todo lo necesario y una excelente terraza en el ĂĄtico para barbacoas donde se estaba muy bien. Cuidado si vais con gente mayor que son 3 pisos.... Excelente la flexibilidad (nos dejĂł entrar antes) y trato con la propiedad que contesta enseguida. Mejorable la limpieza inicial y el que te obliguen a aparcar fuera de la urbanizaciĂłn (no lo hacen otras casas) teniendo en cuenta que esta casa estĂĄ al fondo por lo que hay un buen paseo bajo el sol de agosto.

Lovely villa and lovely place to stay

The villa is more than well equipped for a big family even down to a few toys and a smart TV in the first floor living area all cleaning stuff there a lovely bbq on a massive again well equipped terrace. Absolutely lovely very pleased with our stay and was well worth the money we paid

Plenty of room for 10

As 2 families with 6 teenagers between us the villa was a good option for us. + Really good communication between the owner when booking. He answered all of my queries regarding the property, transport and the area. The property manager was also very helpful. He was waiting for us when we arrived and helped us with a few issues during our stay via email. There is plenty of room in the villa for 2 groups and it is well equipped with kitchen and laundry facilities. There are also useful beach accessories which were invaluable as we flew and couldn't take our own. The roof terrace was excellent and was a perfect space for us all to eat together. The area is quiet, the pool pleasant and there are some entertainment options within walking distance. Supermarkets are easy to find. Good Saturday market very nearby for holiday souvenirs. - We found parking at the villa is not really an option. The driveway is small and a really tight manoeuvre. There is nowhere nearby to park as everyone has a designated parking spot. We had to park on the road outside of the gated area which was a little worrying as we were responsible for hired cars. It took about 5 minutes to walk to the car each day.Also, it was very hot while we were there (August) and the bedrooms on the middle floor got very warm - the air conditioning did not help - and this made it difficult for some of our party to sleep. Finally, if you want a beach within walking distance then this is not an option for you, the nearest beach took us 30 minutes crossing busy roads, and it would not be easy with parasols, towels etc. In summary, if you want to relax or sight see the villa is a good base but you definitely need a car. Be prepared for busy roads and beaches if you go in the high season.

property was a really good size for a big family, you can use it as two seperate apartmenets.

Great place to stay with a large family. we had some nice walks to the beach and shopping centre about 20 minutes for both. Martin was really help full when we needed some advice. The swimming pool was great as we had very small children with us and everyone was friendly. there is a market every Saturday which was good and not far to walk. Recommend you go early to it as it gets really hot.

Functional and accurately described

The property is very flexible given that the bedrooms are on three levels and a bathroom for each level. We were six male adult golfers and as such the accommodation was not perfect for us, I would say it was more suited to one or more families with children accommodated in bunk beds. The property is well equipped and within walking distance of bars and restaurants. The owner answered queries very promptly and provided comprehensive information. Overall I think this property is good value for money and well worth the four stars.

Alles Top!!!

Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen, vor allem fĂŒr die Ruhesuchenden ist es sehr gut. Das Haus hat eine sehr grosse Terasse inkl. Möbilar. Was die Ausstattung angeht, es ist wirlich alles da, was man braucht. WĂŒrden gern wieder kommen. Danke nochmals fĂŒr die Reibungslosen Ablauf!!
