The apartment itself was fine and reasonably priced, but unfortunately we did not feel welcome. At check-in, we were given a card with the Wi-Fi password, but it did not specify the network, and we could not read the password clearly. When we asked about it, the host replied, “Goodness, a little patience, I am in the meeting.” She also asked us not to bother her, explaining that she was using a translator, which may have contributed to the impression that she was unwelcoming. We also reported that the ground-floor patio door could not be locked properly. This security concern was dismissed because previous guests had apparently never complained. At the end of our stay, we had to ask where to leave the keys, as no check-out instructions had been provided. Overall, the apartment was acceptable, but the communication and lack of hospitality were disappointing.
