It was very loud you can hear everyone and everything. People don't respect others. Lots of tv noise. The rooms are so tiny and the bed is very uncomfortable. Our sheets were dirty. We asked to cancel the 2nd night but they wouldn't give us a refund. This is not a hotel. This is a motel. No lock on the door. Feel very insecure.

Camas con sábanas con bellos pubicos, gerente inaccesible. No dan factura, buscan mil pretextos para no darla. Me pidieron pagarles el IVA para que me hiciera la factura y ni asome la hicieron. Se escucha todo lo que se hace en las habitaciones cercanas. Estacionamiento solo para 2 carros

Todo el tiempo hubo ruido excesivo Por huéspedes irrespetuosos que no fueron controlados por la administración de manera adecuada Y los trabajadores de limpieza que azotan cosas y se hablan fuerte entre ellos de cuarto a cuarto El internet fatal todo el tiempo Habitaciones más pequeñas comparadas con las fotos de la publicidad

Ubicacion exelente enfrente de un mercado gigante donde hay comida, artesania y mucho mas. Estabal lado de Palacio de Hierro, una cuadra de la Plaza principal y 3 cuadras para el Teleferico ! Precio accesible. Tienen para que tomes cafe en lobby!

El estacionamiento no está en la misma dirección, hay que caminar como 4 cuadras, además te dejan usarlo a partir de las 6 pm, si llegas antes tienes que pagar las horas hasta que den las 6, no había internet en nuestra habitación

La ubicación es muy buena, a unos pasos de la Catedral y del Palacio de Hierro, frente al mercado y sitio de taxis. Buena relación costo - calidad. Lo malo es que las habotaciones son muy reducidas y no hay elevador, no lo re omiendo pra personas con poca movilidad.

Súper ubicado

El hotel está súper céntrico, excelente ubicación…el cuarto y baño es extremadamente pequeño, no recomendable para personas altas o con sobrepeso. Deberían poner letreros en el área fuera de las habitaciones de mantener silencio de cierto horario. Pues hay gente y niños corriendo y gritando desde muy temprano hasta muy tarde y por la postura de las habitaciones todo se escucha y con eco
