4 Burner Grill: $105 per week

Grill rental requests should be submitted at least one week before arrival.



Check-in and Check-out:

Check-in: 4 PM

Early check-in is not available due to high demand and thorough cleaning protocols. Upon arrival, you can explore the resort amenities while your villa is prepared.

Check-out: 10 AM

We cannot accommodate late check-outs. However, you are welcome to continue enjoying the resort amenities until your departure.



What’s Provided:

Linens and Towels: Bathroom towels are provided, but please bring your own for the pool, beach, or waterpark.

Starter Supplies: We provide starter amounts of trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. You may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays.

We prioritize your health and safety by maintaining high cleaning standards. Our property is professionally cleaned and disinfected according to CDC and WHO guidelines. Special attention is given to high-touch areas, and all linens and towels are washed at high temperatures to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.

The Neighborhood:

This villa is perfectly positioned for easy access to the renowned Disney World, a mere 10-mile drive, promising unforgettable experiences. Within the resort, you'll find a selection of dining options, catering to diverse tastes, alongside convenient shopping choices. For a wider array of retail and dining experiences, venture to the nearby Posner Park, approximately a 15-minute drive, where you can explore a variety of stores and restaurants. The resort itself is a hub of activity, offering a lazy river, exciting water slides, and multiple pools, ensuring entertainment for all ages. Enjoy the convenience of a well-connected neighborhood, providing both relaxation and adventure during your stay.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around is by car with free parking included during your stay.



Guests can also use a taxi service or a rideshare company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.



Other Things to Note:

Parking: The parking spots are in front of the townhouse.

All guests over 18 years old are required to register in the gate system.

Resort pass sharing is not allowed.
