All guests' names need to be registered in the gate system.

Parking:
• Up to 5 vehicles allowed
• No grass or sidewalk parking
• One-side street parking only (follow posted signs)
• No street parking on Kaipo Rd. (violators may be towed)
Guest Registration:
All guests 18+ must be registered for gate access. Resort pass sharing is not allowed.
House Rules:
1. No smoking or vaping indoors.
2. No parties or events.
3. Quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.
Check-In & Check-Out:
• Check-in: 4 PM
• Check-out: 10 AM
Early check-in/late check-out available for $45/hour (subject to availability).
Additional Services (Extra Fee):
• Pool heat: $35/day (request 3 days in advance)
• Grill rental: 3-Burner $85/week, 4-Burner $105/week (request 1 week in advance)
