We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.

Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $75 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Attached spa is NOT a hot tub. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. Both have the same temperature.

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
This is optional and may not be available at times.

Please place trash in the plastic bench daily to keep a clean home.

• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

• ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.

The front yard was very unappealing, poorly landscaped and full of weeds. The interior of the home was beautiful and spacious and our first impressions were good until we went upstairs. The carpet upstairs was very dirty. The pool was filthy, it was full of baloons and confetti floating on top. Cigarette butts, paper napkins and cans were on the bottom of the pool. We called immediately upon arrival but the pool was not addressed until late the next day. We still couldn't use it because there was so much chlorine that the water was full of foam and cloudy. We didn't get to use the pool for the entire stay and instead had to use the pool at the clubhouse.The AC downstairs was not working efficiently and even though a tech came out, the situation was not resolved. We had to find fans to cool things down.These things really detracted from the quality of our stay but we refused to let it dampen our joy.The parking was challenging because the additional parking area was always full. One of our guests almost got towed and had to pay the tow truck driver in cash to put the car down.
