Perfect Family Getaway

We needed a place that was in the center of everything and not to far from Disney. It was the perfect get away.

Beautiful , close to everything but……….

Overall the place is beautiful that I rented. But…. I was promised a pack n play and a high chair free. It was NOT there. Ithey stated it was in a closet. It wasn’t there. I reached out and sent multiple messages and never got a pack n play. My son has to sleep on the floor…. Not safe… I got a reply on my final day saying they have issues with the messages. However they responded to one about the pack n play once stating it was in the closet. The lights over the couch do not work. I also sent a message about those. I tried every switch. The house is beautifully lit. But that light does not work. I found ANOTHER child’s UNDERWEAR by the tv in the kids room near the dresser. I’m paying for a cleaning fee as well as the previous renters. I do not believe it’s cleaned throughout. As proof of the unk child’s unircorn underwear… DO NOT touch a hand rail. They are NOT CONNECTED! In the dark we grabbed them and cut our hands. TVs are great when the connect to the internet works. We got many errors and finally got them to work. But the master was not logged into Netflix and we used our personal. I have an email that states they would rectify the situation. How ever I have sent emails and still no response. I have started a case with vrbo. Still no response I waited 3 days before I posted my review
