Outdoor living

The private pool area looks across the water towards the conservation area, with no homes directly behind the villa. The unusually large, double-sized garden provides plenty of space and privacy, while the gazebo and arbour offer another peaceful place to sit and enjoy the surroundings.

The covered lanai has outdoor seating and a wall-mounted television. Pool furniture and sun loungers are provided, and the Weber gas grill is available for guests to use at no additional charge.

The saltwater pool has colour-changing lighting, with optional pool heating available. The adjoining in-ground hot tub/spa has adjustable bubbles and temperature controls, with spa heating always included at no additional charge.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Lakeside Villa accommodates a maximum of six guests across three bedrooms:

• Master bedroom with king bed, walk-in wardrobe, television and en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower
• Queen bedroom with television
• Twin bedroom with two single beds and television
• Shared family bathroom with bath and shower

Living areas

The villa has two separate living areas, giving families plenty of room to relax. Both have comfortable seating and televisions with streaming entertainment. The dining area seats six guests, and high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, pool deck and garden.

Kitchen and laundry

The well-equipped kitchen includes:

• Full-size refrigerator and freezer
• Stove and oven
• Microwave
• Dishwasher
• Kettle and toaster
• Keurig coffee maker
• Cookware, dishes, glasses and utensils
• Filtered drinking water

A separate laundry room contains a full-size washer and dryer. Linens, bathroom towels, pool towels, hairdryers, an iron and an ironing board are also provided.

A Pack ’n Play, highchair, stroller and children’s toys are available on request. A set of golf clubs can also be requested before arrival. Guests receive a personal entry code for convenient keyless access to the villa.

Westridge offers community amenities including a swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court and children’s playground.
