• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. You can stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

Please bring your own washcloths as we only provide towels.

• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Request 48 hours in advance.
3-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
4-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
5-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.

There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. We were more than happy with our stay at this VRBO… It was very clean and it was so easy to get to Disney parks… The pool was great and we enjoyed night time and morning swims. Our only suggestion would be to have more dish towels and washcloths available… It was hard to use one kitchen dish towel for that many days and we ran out of paper towels. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone wanting a nice place to stay!

Great place to stay, convenient location

Checking in was very easy per the instructions that were given. We were told how to do the qr code for the gate to get in. Everything was very clean and had a great set up. We used the kitchen for breakfast a lot and dinners for when we didn't eat out. The layout was great for our crew, and the screened in pool and patio were very welcome after long days at Disney and universal. Would definitely stay again.

Overall good value for the money. Loved the little swimming pool that’s attached to the unit. Spacious and very clean. However, the beds need to be replaced. All beds were very worn and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Perfect spot for us!

This home is a great alternative to staying on Disney property! You are close to all of the parks, shopping, and dining. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool at the home, plus the access to the community pool and amenities, make it the perfect place. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Perfect for our family!

This location was perfect for my family; 4 adults and 3 kids. Grocery store, restaurants, and more within a 5 minute drive. Disney Springs within a 15 minute drive. Everything we were looking for! Kids loved the pool and water slides. We’ll be back!

We really love the property. Only complaint was we couldn't control the temperature and it got quite warm at times. The bed in the bedroom downstairs squeaked, but overall it was a great experience and would definitely stay there again.

Loved this property

Oct 26-Nov 2 2024: We used this property for our 1st trip to Disney World n we loved it! The bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious n clean. The kitchen is huge! The only thing is i wish we had more of were bath towels but i tend to bring some fm my house anyways. Other than that, no other complaints! And we were very close to all 4 Disney parks so we will definitely stay here again in the future!

Nice property in the heart of Disney

The property was large, spacious, and clean. Its minutes from many Dinsey attractions as well as being so close to shopping and dining. Though we did not get a chance to use the pool we were impressed by the amenities available. When we did have a small issue the managment compay was quick to answer and had a crew available the day we contracted then

Great family vacation spot

It was perfect for our family!! Loved the location and place! It was about 15-20 minutes from all Disney parks and about 24 from sea world. It was very nice place and we loved having our own pool. We heated the pool and it was perfect. Walmart is only 7 minutes away so we got all our stuff we needed from there. Only negatives is that the igniting on the grill didn't work so we had to buy a lighter but then it worked. Also the water pressure in the showers wasn't great but we made do.

Family Disney trip!

Great location, amenities, layout, space! Quick and easy communication with management through Vrbo messaging. Only complaint (and reason for 4 stars) is the mattresses and living room furniture desperately need updating! Except dining chairs and bar stools, all sitting/lying surfaces have long lived their lifespan. We also used the pack n play provided, “mattress” was fine as it seemed it had been replaced but the overall enclosure smelled. Hope these things can be replaced and we will definitely be back!

Unfair Practices

Due to hurricane, they would not negotiate with us. We had to leave early in order to make it back home. If you rent here just hope there is no unexpected surprises. No wear in the contract does it state that you can't get a partial refund due to adverse weather (hurricane) that is not in your control, yet they were not willing to give us a refund. Very disappointed in this company. We will not be back. Good luck to you all.

Hassle free please

Property looked good and in great location to disney parks and grocery stores.I never recieved a QR code to scan to keep reentering the property, so that was a hassle.The furniture and mattresses were a great disappointment , the first floor bedroom mattress sunk in the middle and didnt have good support. My husband and i are not oversized folks so we were uncomfortable in the bed. The couches were terrible. Very lumpy with springs popping upward in them thus making uncomfortable to sit on.One of the kitchen chairs has a leg that is loose and makes chair unstable, so had to move it out of use(afraid one of the kids would get hurt sitting on it.)The chair next to TV in living room also had loose legs which made it a potential hazard. These things need replacement.The dishwasher also did not work well. We did alot of hand washing of dishes.We loved the small pool!

Clean, very responsive, but needs new beds

Overall, stay was good. Property was very clean, nice. The location was convenient to the parks and stores. We felt very safe in the gated community. The responsiveness/communication was honestly super fast (never waited more than 5 mins for a response); fantastic. Our only complaints were that the beds were very uncomfortable & all of the head boards/bed frames squeaked with the smallest touch or movement. We tried the couch, even tried the kid beds but they were all uncomfortable. Additionally, they restricted the AC to no cooler than 73 deg. Not ideal, but manageable. However, they had a Google Nest for the thermostat, so when we would leave for the day and also in the middle of the night, they would adjust the temperature from 73deg and change it to 76-77 deg. We woke up sweating each night and coming down to change it in the middle of the night/ early morning and then came home from 2 very long days at the park, to a house at 77 deg. It was frustrating and felt a little intrusive that they were managing the temperature even thought they were not there.
