4 bed 3 bath villa with a pool and spa. Prime location right next to Orlando and all it has to offer. 5 piece master bath. Sitting area by the pool in the shade. Pool is screened in and has a security alarm for children’s safety. In ground jacuzzi and heated pool (extra cost for heating the pool). Game room in the garage, smart TVs in all the rooms including the living room with free WiFi. It’s time to come relax by the pool and enjoy the comfort and privacy of your own space. With no rear neighbors. Located in Calabay Parc. Close to all the theme parks and attractions

Pool heat is $30/day that will need to be paid at least 2 days prior to checking in so that we can get it turned on and heated prior to check in.

We have also added an air hockey table and a foosball table to the garage game room. We also insulated and added a couple of cooling runs to the garage so it will be more comfortable for the adults and kids to play out in the garage during those hot days that you are relaxing at the house

Communication with the owners was always prompt and helpful.Only thing that let it down a little was the cleanliness, in general the main areas were clean but the villa would benefit from a deep clean. Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay the owners had warned us about the ants so we were sure to keep food off the counter. Had to spray a couple places that we saw them but otherwise no problems. Pool was nice we paid to have the pool heated and it was nice as was the hot tub. Grandkids had a fun time felt good to come back from the Disney parks and crawl in the pool. The house was close to a Publix grocery store which was nice. Definitely recommend

Schöne Aussicht ins GrĂŒne!

Wir (zwei Familien mit insgesamt 3 Kindern) hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Gamesroom und der Whirlpool wurden stÀndig genutzt. Die Lage des Hauses ist ebenfalls gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer NÀhe und die Fahrt zu den Disney-Parks dauert ca.30 Minuten.

Great stay

We stayed here, just me my two daughters and my sisters for 4 days. The property was nice big and spacious. We loved the pool. The host Maggie was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we asked. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The only negative would be that we did encounter very small sugar ants around throughout the home. Specifically in the kitchen and master bedroom. There was some bug spray we were able to use to help with that.

Great Spring Break location

We had the best spring break at this house! The outdoor area was perfect for adults and kids. House setup was also nice as the kid rooms are in the middle of the house and 2 masters were by the pool. Kitchen had everything we needed, even a Disney popcorn bucket we used! We had a few minor questions when we arrived and the host responded right away. Pool and spa were warm and enjoyed the whole week. Will definitely book this house again for a return trip to Orlando!

We love the property and all the amenities. The host is very quick to respond to any concerns. We noticed some chairs were showing wear and the next day we had new ones. I would suggest the outdoor patio set is in need of some repair. This is our 2nd stay at this location and we couldn’t be more pleased. Hope to return again.

My happy place!

This was our third year in Calabay Parc and the second year at this property. The area has many golf courses near by as well as restaurants and stores. From the moment we booked the property until the day we left communication with the owner and management company was wonderful. After renting for a month last year we knew we would be back again and booked before left. The pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen is so well stocked including a fully loaded spice rack. All the appliances are newer and extremely clean. It is such a comfortable space and the outdoor area is perfect. We get the pool heated and from the first day it was warm, unlike other places we’ve stayed. We would have been booking for next year except that family members have relocated about 3 1/2 hours southeast so we will be looking for something in that area.

Less than Impressed

Check in process was very easy and convenient and I appreciated the property manager being responsive, however, our group was not impressed with the property overall. The morning of day 2 we noticed small ants had taken over the kitchen and pantry. All food items had to be discarded - they were everywhere! We also noticed dead ants stuck to the walls, window sills, and pantry as well as small dead roaches in the bathrooms. The property manager did have an exterminator come by unannounced. Luckily we were at the property. In addition, we paid extra for a heated pool. Although it was warmer it was still too chilly to enjoy. The hot tub was finicky and did not heat for more than 30 minutes at a time. Very disappointing. We ended up checking out of the property 2 days early because the kids were getting restless with a cold pool and bug problem. Sadly, we did not enjoy our holiday at this property and would not recommend.

Thanksgiving break family vacation

My husband, daughter, and myself took my father in law along with us on vacation to Disney. We enjoyed the location since we did not have to deal with I4 a whole lot. The beds were super comfy! It was nice to come back late and just sit in the hot tub to rest. Plenty of space for the four of us and more. The place was super clean and had a lot of amenities. There is a Publix just across the intersection of the neighborhood, which was super convenient.

Disney Getaway

We were a week for our Disney vacation. It was a 30-minute commute each morning, which was fine. It was nice to be away from the touristy hustle and bustle. The home was great and we enjoyed the game room and pool during our downtime. (We purposefully planned a day of rest.) The kitchen had everything needed for meals and the laundry kept us in clean clothes. It was a great stay.

Lovely house, in a nice area, good location

Would def recommend this house and would love to stay in again. Had to contact property company couple of times, but they did help out straight away. Great location for parks etc. Rooms nicely decorated, everything you need.

We stayed here for two weeks at the beginning of July 23. The villa is in a great location and lovely quiet neighbourhood. The outside area was plenty big enough for our family of four and has a lovely enclosed area to sit out of the sun or rain!! Our stay was amazing! It was the perfect house for a family to vacation at. The alarm on all the pool doors was fantastic and much needed with a 5 and 2 year old. Would definitely recommend and would rent here again!

Pool area was very dirty we had to sweep it up and move some broken chairs. Pool is no good for swimming as to shallow and small. It is south facing but there are very tall trees blocking the sun. There are no little extras in the house like condiments or coffee . House was not very clean needed a good sweep through out before it felt better. I had to repair the blinds in the main bedroom as there was a gap in the middle of them.
