Our luxury, executive 4 Bed 3 bath vacation villa is situated in the prestigious gated-community of The Sanctuary at West Haven. It is located off Ronald Reagan Blvd, which is within easy access to Hwy 27, US 192 and I4. With Disney World being only a 15 minute drive away and close access to all other major theme parks and the coast, this makes our home an ideal base for your holiday.

Kevin & Mandy, based in Cheshire, UK, are the owners of the villa. DeAnna is our fabulous local property manager in Orlando & Rebekah [based in UK] will assist you directly.

Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury villa has its own private pool and conservation views. Comes with a cable-equipped 65" SMART TV in the lounge, cable TV in all the bedrooms and free WIFI high speed internet access. The villa is fitted with a burglar alarm and patio door/pool alarm. There is also a new air conditioning system installed in June 2024.
