Windsor Island: An excellent community with complete leisure infrastructure and 24-hour security. This stunning two-story house, built in January 2024 and recently furnished, features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a powder room, accommodating up to 12 guests for an incredible vacation experience. First Floor Highlights:

Open Space Concept: A fully-equipped kitchen with all utensils and an island with 4 stools merges into a beautifully decorated living room with two sofas and a magnificent 75-inch TV. The dining area includes a table with 6 chairs.
Glass Multi-slide Doors: Open to a private veranda with seating areas, a table with 6 chairs, a barbecue, 4 chaise lounges, and a private pool which can be heated. A powder room is accessible from the pool area.
Bedroom: Features a Queen-size bed and a 55-inch TV. A shared bathroom is located in the hallway leading to the living room.

Second Floor Highlights:

Themed Living Area: A spacious living room with a stunning Mario Brother theme, a 65-inch TV, and a sofa with chaise, ideal for watching movies and spending precious time with family and friends.
Master Bedroom: Very spacious, with a king-size bed, wardrobe, and a private bathroom, plus a 65-inch TV.
Queen Bedroom: Includes a queen-size bed, private bathroom, wardrobe, and a 55-inch TV.
Themed Bedrooms: One bedroom with two single beds and a 43-inch TV, beautifully decorated with a Star Wars theme. Another bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed and a double bed, decorated in a Toy Story theme.
Laundry: Fully equipped with a washer and dryer.

The resort only allows 3 cars, do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or you will be fined, 3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway as to not block the sidewalk. (4142 LN av)

OTHER NOTES:

* The following items are left at the house for your arrival: 1 shampoo, 1 rinse cream, 1 soap, and 2 toilet papers in each bathroom. In the kitchen 2 bag and garbage, 2 dishwasher soap, and a paper towel. In the laundry room 2 soaps for washing clothes.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASH CLOTHES due to hygiene issues.
I suggest that if you stay more than 2 days go to Walmart and shop for  cleaning and bathing.
** In all bathrooms we leave bath towels, hand towels for the number of guests that the house can accommodate. All beds have sheets, duvets and pillows.
*** We do not replace bed linen and towels during the guests' stay, all of our houses have a washing machine and dryer.

POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures. Pool heat is an optional amenity thats offered to most of the properties available. It can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate of $35 USD with a minimum of 3 consecutive days with 2 days request in advance (before arrival). Once pool heat is requested and paid for by the guest, it will be turned on and set to 85F - 90F. Be aware that pool heat service paid after 3 PM will be turned on on the following day and that the pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature. NO REFUNDS will be given due to incremental weather.
Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at some times.)

Propane Gas only Grill Rules: For the use of the barbecue there is a fixed fee of $65.00 for the entire length of the stay, for post checkout cleaning and propane replacement.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
- You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.
- If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.

If you want to request a crib, always request it 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

If the guest checks in after 11.00 pm, he will have to contact us and let us know so that we can make the necessary arrangements for the check-in.

We are always at your disposal to provide you with excellent accommodation and allow you to have a great vacation while staying at our listing. Additionally, please remember that our main form of communication is through messaging on your booking platform.

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT - We charge a security deposit of $400.00, which will be returned after your checkout if there are no damages to the house. If there are any damages, we will deduct the cost from the retained amount and refund the remainder.
