🚭 No indoor smoking — $2,500 fine + odor removal costs

💧 Keep pool clean — $1,500 fine if violated

🗑️ Use designated trash bins — $1,000 fee if ignored

🎉 No parties or events — $150 fine, immediate eviction, no refund

🐾 Pets welcome — $99 pet fee per stay

⏰ Check-out by 10:00 AM — $150 late fee without prior approval
