A free local van shuttle transports guests between clubhouses and vacation rentals.

• STOREY LAKE PARKING
- Free on-site parking in the driveway and in the shared surface spaces.
- Limit of 10 vehicles per unit.
- Overflow parking is first-come, first-served. It is shared and not guaranteed.
- Street parking is not permitted overnight and may be subject to towing. Guests should park only in designated areas.
- No parking on the grass or blocking the sidewalk.
- Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, watercraft, or recreational vehicles are not permitted.
- Vehicles in violation will be towed at the guest's expense.

• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1. Cost: $35 per day.
2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance.
3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days.
4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F.
5. Cold Weather Limitations: The pool heater operates via heat exchange and will not work effectively in cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool during cold conditions and it fails to reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be issued.

Pool heater pumps have a built-in safety mechanism to prevent the system from overheating when working overtime in freezing conditions. They will shut off temporarily to recover their efficiency.
Please keep in mind that this service is optional and subject to availability.

• BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL
- Cost: $75 for the entire stay

• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please discard the trash daily in the plastic bench to keep the home clean.

• HOUSEKEEPING
Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. Before check-in, a professional cleaning company will thoroughly clean and inspect the unit.
Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

• ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY
Please note that USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender.
To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Depending on the resort's policies:
Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply).
Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests.

Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any unexpected issues with your online purchases.
