The property is well used. Carpet is worn and dirty. Mattresses in king size rooms were uncomfortably firm. The remote on family room tv didn’t work. Patio table feet in backyard had rusted off. I would say it is okay but needs work.

Not what we thought

We booked this property based on the good ratings on reviews and the responsiveness of the owner. When we arrived we had to make contact to see how we were to get into the property. Checkin was easy but once we inspected the home when we entered we found that the pool was filthy with bugs and sand. We let them know and was told that they would send someone out. No one ever cleaned the pool. We were to the pool was cleaned at 1pm and we checked in a 4pm. We offered to send pictures and they would not send an email address so that we could send pictures of the current state of the pool. The beds in child’s room was dirty and had dirt and what appeared to be dog hair on the sheets but we didn’t use the bed we just let them know. To carry on the back patio door lock was broken and could not be locked and even the back gate was broken. We had pics of all of this. There was no way to secure the property besides lock bedroom doors. What we were told was the neighborhood is safe and there were cameras. Well the cameras were in front of the house and the back is what was unsecured. Thats a clear detail that should be included In the listing when we are considering booking so that we are aware. Cameras does not secure the property it will only show who came in. We got a checkout email hours after we checked out detailing what to do. One month later we find out they put in a property damage claim for extensive cleaning. Book at your own risk. I have pics with no way to upload them here.

Our overall stay was great. We spent most of our time at Oasis Club enjoying the amenities (food, drinks and lazy pool)+the staff was very friendly. Our home for the weekend was awesome. Very nice & clean and supplied with just about everything you need. The Host (Robinson) was very attentive & available which i really appreciate. We will definitely rent again. Champions Gate Rental

10 of us stayed at this property and found it perfect for our needs. We utilized the resort for swimming and had a great afternoon there. Property is centrally located and it was easy to get from place to place. Baseboards and corners of bathrooms and showers could use a thorough cleaning, otherwise everything was neat and clean. Contacted the manager for the internet password and got an immediate response. Great property for the price and location.

Nice home with lots of space for everyone. Has its own pool- we did not use and table and chairs out back. Large bedrooms, firm beds. Kitchen with plenty of silverware and dishes. Most important is so many bathrooms!! Great for our stay.

Great house, well managed

Girls trip (50s ish women going to Disney). Plenty of room for just 5 of us. Clean, well furnished and nicely decorated. Comfortable beds and furniture. Nice pool and deck (small but nice for a quick cool off and relaxing, plus the neighborhood has a large pool). Check in check out process was very smooth. Host was super responsive to our many questions. Would definitely recommend this house to friends.
