Cable & TV Information
Basic cable TV cable boxes are located in the downstairs living room on the 65-inch Smart TV and upstairs in the loft on the 55-inch Smart TV.

All TVs in the home are Smart TVs with the Roku platform, allowing you to log into your own Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, and other streaming services.

Cable TV channels can also be accessed on the bedroom TVs by opening the Spectrum app through the Roku platform (no cable boxes are located in the bedrooms).

– Heated pool • Optional pool heating is available during cooler months from October through March for $25 per day.

Important: Pool heating is not automatically enabled. Guests must request pool heat at least 48 hours before arrival to ensure the water reaches 90°F in time for your stay.

• Extended Stay Pool Heating – For stays of more than 14 days, we’re happy to offer a discounted daily rate for pool heating during the cooler months (October through March). Pool heat, if selected, applies to the full duration of the stay. Please feel free to reach out for more information.


BBQ Grill Notice:

Please note that there is no BBQ grill on the property. A BBQ grill and propane tank may be rented and delivered by a local vendor for an additional fee, paid directly to the vendor. If you’re interested, please let me know and I’ll be happy to provide the vendor’s contact information.

Pool Maintenance Notice:

A professional pool technician services the pool once per week for routine maintenance and cleaning. Visits may occur at unannounced times. The technician will access the pool area through the back screened door only.
