Cable TV
Basic cable TV cable boxes are located in the downstairs living room on the 65-inch Smart TV and upstairs in the loft on the 55-inch Smart TV.

All TVs in the home are Smart TVs with the Roku platform, allowing you to log into your own Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, and other streaming services.

Cable TV channels can also be accessed on the bedroom TVs by opening the Spectrum app through the Roku platform (no cable boxes in bedrooms).
– Enjoy outdoor screened in dining and comfortable poolside seating, complete with a ceiling fan to keep you cool and a baby gate to provide an extra layer of safety for families with young children.
Convenient Poolside Half Bath – Enjoy the convenience of a dedicated air-conditioned half bathroom located just off the pool area, allowing guests to easily access restroom facilities without having to walk through the house.

Guest Access Requirement
All adult guests must provide their full first and last names for access to Windsor Island Resort. Please submit these names prior to check-in so security at the main gate (located on Sand Mine Road) can grant entry. Self Check-In / Check-Out
Guests can conveniently check in and out using the smart lock.

• Security Camera
A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entry for security purposes only.

• No Pets Allowed
This is a pet-free home.

• Noise Ordinance
Please keep noise at a reasonable level, especially during evening hours, in compliance with community rules.

• No smoking or vaping inside the home.

• Trash is collected daily — Please place all trash in 13-gallon bags and into the gray trash bin by 8:00 AM.

Parking Rules

• Maximum of 3 vehicles per townhouse.

• Parking is first-come, first-served; spaces are not assigned.

• Parking on grass, sidewalks or blue-painted curbs is prohibited and may result in fines or towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.

Please note: Extra vehicle requests must be approved in advance by the resort and may include additional daily fees. Contact us before booking if your group may need more parking passes.

• Please keep in mind that guests cannot request additional vehicles directly at the clubhouse, as those requests will not be accepted by the resort staff.


• Private Patio & Heated Pool
– Heated pool • Optional pool heating is available during cooler months from October through March for $25 per day.

Important: Pool heating is not automatically enabled. Guests must request pool heat at least 48 hours before arrival to ensure the water reaches 90°F in time for your stay.

• Extended Stay Pool Heating – For stays of more than 14 days, we’re happy to offer a discounted daily rate for pool heating during the cooler months (October through March). Pool heat, if selected, applies to the full duration of the stay. Please feel free to reach out for more information.

Pool Maintenance Notice:

A professional pool technician services the pool once per week for routine maintenance and cleaning. Visits may occur at unannounced times. The technician will access the pool area through the back screened door only.
