On the first floor, the open-concept living area includes a large sectional sofa and a 55” Smart TV, seamlessly connected to the screened lanai with pool and spa, creating a perfect indoor-outdoor flow. The modern kitchen is finished with granite countertops and contemporary appliances, and includes a breakfast bar plus a dining table for six. A full laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board adds convenience. Upstairs, a cozy TV loft provides an additional space to relax.
