Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
The house was in need of a deep cleaning. There were smudges on the counters when we arrived, showers smelled very sour, prior trash was under the dressers and beds. Light switches had dirty hand prints and food smears were still on the fridge handles. A Clean initial appearance but once u got settled u realized it wasn’t a deep clean. Check in instructions were not emailed prior to check in, so that was fun trying to figure out who to contact. Neighborhood was noisy and disruptive the last night of the stay.
