Welcome to our spacious and gracious 7 bedroom Orlando vacation home, located in the perfect spot on the exclusive Terra Verde Resort. Less than 5 miles from Disney in Kissimmee, Florida, and with 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this fully air-conditioned, elegant and spacious home away from home is perfect for large family groups, sleeping up to 16 guests.

We have a spacious family room to relax in during the day or evening, with sumptuous sofas, soft furnishings and lamps, a 55-inch LED flat panel TV and DVD/VHS player - so you can watch your favorite movies while on vacation (there are plenty of video stores nearby). If you want peace and quiet away from the family, choose to sit in the separate lounge, with overstuffed sofa and love-seat, occasional and coffee tables with lamps.

If you need to surf the web during your stay, we have provided high speed wireless internet access in the home.

If you want to spend your days soaking in that Florida sunshine?...then you've picked the perfect spot! When you want to relax, soak away tension in the crystal-clear waters of the private pool, or simply lay back on one of the comfy loungers or reclining chairs.

The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional switchable alarms.

Want some more fun? Then step in to the games room garage, and enjoy some time playing pool or playing the Sony Play station

Sleeping accommodation are as exclusive and luxurious as you could want, with two separate master bedroom suites that each provides spacious comfort – one upstairs, and the other off the pool deck downstairs.

Each master has a king-size bed, flat panel TV with integrated DVD players, dresser and nightstands with lamp and clock/alarms and closet space. Each of these master bedrooms also provides a master en-suite bathroom, with either single or double vanity basins, walk-in or bath/showers, and toilet. Two further bedrooms each offer sumptuous sleeping with a queen-size bed, one queen room includes a flat panel TV with integrated DVD players, both rooms include nightstand and lamp, a dresser/mirror and closet space, plus an adjacent bathroom with vanity basins and mirrors, toilet and bath/shower.

One of the bedrooms has two full size beds great for adults and teens. Room includes night stands with lamps, closet space, plus adjacent bathrooms.

Each of the remaining 3 bedrooms offers two twin beds, night stands with lamps, closet space, plus adjacent bathrooms.

The kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could possibly need to prepare a family feast or a super-snack for the kids. Choose to eat at the formal dining area or at the breakfast bar that overlooks the pool.

Surrounded by Florida's natural beauty, with sub-tropical woodlands, palms and vistas, Terra Verde is ideally located close to Disney - with easy access to the theme parks and attractions from your own Orlando vacation home in the Florida sunshine.

Visit the spacious club house and choose to relax in the sunshine around the sparkling clear resort pool with gazebos and shaded cabanas, luscious landscaping, and comfortable deck loungers.

Or sit in the bubbling community hot-tub and chat with other guests as you soothe away your tensions. Kids will love the tot's pool - or let them play in the tot-lot next door, as they swing on the rope swings, lie in the hammocks, climb the climbing rock. Inside the Terra Verde resort club house, you'll find a sauna, spa, sundry shop, arcade video games, fitness center and cyber café.

This Terra Verde vacation home also offers a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities.

Please note that trucks, commercial vehicles, campers, mobile homes, recreational vehicles, motor homes, house trailers, trailers of every other description, boats, jet skis (or other similar watercraft) boat and other watercraft trailers, horse trailers or vans are not permitted to be parked or to be stored at any place on the property, or in the Terra Verde resort. This was the second time renting this vacation home. The neighborhood is safe. Upon arriving, the home is clean and free of issues. The home is just what we need, with all of the appliances and home goods needed for our stay. The kitchen has everything you will need for cooking purposes and there is plenty of bedding and bathroom linen avaliable. Pool maintenance came while we were there to maintain the pool. The host has always been welcoming and accommodating. Any questions I have had have been answered immediately. I definitely recommend this property to others.

We were in town for High School Cheer Nationals and spent most of our weekend at ESPN Wide World of Sports. This location was very convenient and close to grocery stores. The amenities were nice; you do have to bring your own supplies, such as laundry detergent, toilet paper, washcloths (only a few), and cooking items. I don't expect everything to be supplied, but I'm used to having more trash bags and toilet paper at least. The one thing I really didn't like was that when you arrive, you have to check in at the clubhouse, and they charge 25 for a gate key. I don't recall being told that, so it would've been nice to know before arriving. It was cold when we were in town, so we didn't visit the clubhouse, but it seems to have some nice amenities there. Overall, I would stay here again.

Nice dinner party, easy to go site seeing , restaurants shopping and plenty of nearby activities. Lots of rooms in the house so everyone had their own space. Beautiful home, nice neighborhood. Very happy overall with the whole vation.

Place was fairly clean, layout was great, bedrooms were good , however no paper towels, toilet paper was 1/2 rolls in all 4 restrooms, 2 trash bags and one dishwasher tab , all for a house that holds 16 people for our 3 night stay??

Beautiful house in nice neighborhood

We loved our stay here. House is huge, kitchen is extremely well stocked with all your cooking needs, lots of extra bed linens. If traveling with a large group you may want to bring extra bath towels as there were not very many. Community pool area was very nice, but not very much seating on busy days. We paid to have the pool heated at the house and it worked very well until the last week and something broke and pool no longer heated however host and property manager worked to get this fixed within a few days. House was also very clean. We loved our time here and would stay here again.

This house is a perfect place to bring your family. The property was well-maintained in a gated community. The house was clean and stocked with everything you need. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat (pots, bakeware, utensils, bowls, glasses, etc.). There was even extra bedding available to change the bedding if necessary. The house is located close to lots of shopping and dining. Lots! Communication with the property manager was easy and quick. We would definitely recommend this house to others.

Great large option near Orlando

Place worked perfectly for our group and was mostly as advertised. It was large, fun, clean, had plenty of parking for our rentals and most importantly was near Orlando. Pool was fresh but we didn't ask for heat to be turned on prior to going. There was no BBQ which was a disappointment, and the place didn't have nearly enough towels for the beds advertised and number of nights we were staying. Place also lacked enough dish cloths, soap etc., and there was also a lack of basic condiments like salt and pepper.

Felt a little like home.

Very nice area. House was very comfortable and accommodated a lot of family for a much better option than a hotel. Upon entering the house had a new smell. However, the pool area was kinda dirty. Before leaving I had some time and sprayed the hose as hard as I could to remove built up mold and dirt. If I had bleach it would have been better. The yard floods. The whole neighborhood grassy area is doggy. The main floor shower had mold or old looking grout where the wall meets the floor. The sink is missing a stopper. Up stairs one bathroom had a broken toilet seat. There was no pool table rack. We even ran to Walmart to see if we could buy and donate one but there was none. Pictures of driveway are deceiving. We mostly had trucks and they barely fit. The bush in the front needs to be cut way back or removed. Could hardly get out of the vehicle. Very narrow. I bet we had to use the broom no less then 10 times as the mulch over flows the sidewalk when it rains and because the driveway is small for a truck we had to walk over the mulch to gain entry to the front door. I used the broom to make a gully for water to sit a while before going over the sidewalk allowing the mulch to flood over. Over all we had a nice time and would consider using this residence if needed again. Thank you so much for providing us a nice place to use for a few days.

Good stay

Great price for the size of the property. Everything was smooth, but just disappointed there wasn’t a grill even though listing said there was one. Property management was great, but owner wasn’t responsive when we asked questions during the stay. Supplies were extremely limited, but we were accommodated with a few more garbage bags when we asked. It would have been helpful to know we needed to bring a lot of our own supplies, but stores were plentiful so having to find and purchase items wasn’t a problem.

Terrible experience with multiple issues

The property had not been properly cleaned in some time. There was BLOOD on the wall in the upstairs bedroom above the front of the house. The upstairs bathroom on the garage side curtain rod fell down and wouldn't go back up the first night there and nobody was even in there. The other upstairs hallway bathroom had mold on the shower curtain and around the tub. Each bedroom had trash on the floors and under furniture. The fans in each room turned on and off when they wanted to, the remotes didn't seem to work for any of them as well as their lights. I was charged to heat the pool and not once did it get heated. It stayed cold the whole week. The only time the water was heated was when the sun was out! My grandparents lived in florida for 17yrs and i know the difference between heated pool and heated by the sun! ( would like a refund for that) The ceiling fan in the living was so dirty that anytime it was turned on it threw around dirt. The ice maker doesn't work, the stove wouldn't let us cook anything inside and the big burner up top wouldn't heat or go straight to high heat and burn the food. We wasted alot of food trying to cook in the kitchen. The pantry shelves were leaning over to where we couldn't store anything in it all week. We wasted money having to go buy pans because the ones there were so disgusting and then the stove had issues so we essentially wasted money on alot of food and having to buy new pots and pans to try and cook. There was only 4 or 5 wash clothes in the entire home and a few towels. Had to go buy more. The plumbing for the entire house was horrible, nothing wanted to drain. We have pictures and videos of everything that was wrong and of how the house looked after we left. Overall this was a terrible experience for me and my family and we are highly disappointed in this property!
