- Parking is free.
- Street parking is not pemitted.
- The community allows up to 5 cars per unit to enter the resort.
- Vehicles must not be parked on the sidewalk nor on the grass.
- There are overflow parking spaces, but not guaranteed as they are not assigned nor reserved.
- Commercial Vehicles, RV's, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts or Boats are not allowed at Solterra Resort.
> Failure to follow the community guidelines may result in the car being towed at the guest's expense.

• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Attached spa is NOT a hot tub. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. Both have the same temperature.
It does not have jets.
6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.

Fantastic property for families! Very well maintained, and has all the basics one would need in the kitchen and house. Super impressed and in fact it is better in real life than in the pics! Loved it!

I know I definitely read the reviews when I was looking for a place, so I have to post my experience.. Stayed here when we took our trip to Disneyland.. the Property is definitely as described. It had a full stocked kitchen (pots,pans,glasses,utensils), pool was perfect. We where 3 families and NEVER felt crowded or uncomfortable, because the house was so accommodating. Bar seating in the kitchen island and table inside and outside by the pool everyone had a seat when we ate... we had one incident that my granddaughter locked the door.. it was the weekend and I was sooo terrified I wasn't going to be able to reach anyone... nope definitely didnt happen, called the # they had listed for us and helped us unlock it.. it was a GREAT HOME definitely would stay again!

I’ve been using VRBO for years and never had an issue with finding a nice rental property. However, that all changed this month. I rented this house from Master Vacation Homes about 4 months ago for a Business Retreat for my business partners. A week before check in, they sent me an email saying that this property is not available but they can get me into a similar house. One week before checking in! Because I already had people coming into town, I couldn’t cancel - it would have been difficult trying to find another house. So I agreed to their substitute house. What a BIG MISTAKE! The house was AWFUL and DIRTY: there were black marks and stains on every area of the walls, there was ripped wallpaper, the house had an old and rancid smell to it, the pillows didn’t have pillow cases on them - so who knows how many people put their heads on there without it being washed- the pool table, foosball table and air hockey table were all broken, the furniture was cheap and flimsy so it wobbled every time we sat on it, and the beds were stained and dirty…and that isn’t the half of it. But I don’t have room to write everything that was wrong about the house! The reservation manager Vivian was equally as horrible. I immediately called the company and also sent an email with some pictures of the house when we checked in. Vivian responded without any type of professionalism or empathy for the situation. All she could say was that if we didn’t like it, we could check out and get a refund. Wow! Easier said than done. Where was I going to go when all of our Business Partners were coming in that same day and have made plans months in advance to be there?!?!? I think the company BAITED AND SWITCHED us. We paid for one property, and then at the last minute they switched us to a lesser quality and dirtier property. If I had the option to post pictures, I would so you could see for yourself the horrid condition the house was in. The other property I was referring to is listed as “7 bedrooms/ 5.5 bathroom Solterra (5288 OA).” Although the owners/company will probably change the name once this review is posted to hide the identity of the house. I hope no one else has to go through what we had to go through. Please be CAREFUL and take HEED. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE OWNERS/PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY. I filed a formal complaint with VRBO as well.

LOVED IT!

The house was amazing’ very comfortable! My family and I were very satisfied. We stayed for a week long and the check in/out process was easy. The only down fall was the parking space only good for 2/3 medium size vehicles! But other than that AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME place.

Not worth the money

I have decided after this vacation rental experience to never rent a place like this again. No pantry items at all. They seriously have salt and pepper shakers with nothing in them. It is hard to go grocery shopping for every little thing you may use a drop of just to stay here. Beds are the worst pieces of garbage I have ever ever stayed on. They even groan loudly every time you move. I am not over weight, lol but this is so annoying. Dirty too. Other people’s hair in bathroom area and tub. Main area lazy river is not heated and one guy actually started screaming upon entering pool because it is so cold. Main area has lazy river and volleyball pool net but does not have tubes or ball( I noticed some other people bought some and brought them in) . Neighbors through out the complex love to party and be very loud. All gaming tables are and were broken during our stay. Very cheap and do not function properly. Big place and that’s it. After walking through Disney all day the last thing I wanted was to rest on a box spring mattress with a bunch partying neighbors. Ours neighbors actually let their kids run naked 🤦‍♀️

Huis is fantastisch, alles wat je nodig hebt en vooral met kleine kinderen top, frozen en starwars slaapkamer, en heel veel disney, onze kleinzoon heeft genoten. Verder zeer praktisch, grote living, keuken met alles erop en eraan, grote wasmachine met droger. Mooi verwarmd zwembad met jacuzzi. Jammer dat de crazy river nog niet klaar is.
