Right on the town's thoroughfare, but special windows mean your place stays quiet.
It's location that renters get and access to all for which Winter Park's famous and that includes walk-to museums, smart restaurants, chic boutiques, or to the scenic college itself.

Studio Cottage: A Bargain By The Month! In fashionable City of Winter Park, & 1 mile walk to Rollins College or chic "Park Ave" for restaurants & shops along "Central Park." It's a 1-room studio w/kitchenette on one wall w/dishes, microwave & new 2-door counter-height fridge. The daybed-sofa is a twin bed at night. Its roll-out trundle is twin bed #2. Walk-in closet. Cozy bucket chair.
Outside, there's a little fountain pool for beauty (not for swimming) & a garden pergula for morning coffee.
The space
The all-in-one space offers autonomy and a sense of privacy. The television is not cable, but instructions are posted to tell you how do "casting," of your own subscriptions to Netflix and Prime, etc. from your phone or iPad. By definition, it's a "studio," meaning the living room converts at night to a sleeping area.
Guest access
Guests will access their studio cottage through its own front door around the corner from their parking space. When you arrive, please ask and I'll give you scenic walking directions through adjacent neighborhoods to the downtown area.
Other things to note
Though we are on a busy road, you have a large and private parking space adjacent to your place. Plus, guests have remarked how quiet and serene the studio's interior space inside is, with the structure's solid, thick walls and special window glass.
