‱ POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 3-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



‱ GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

New years vacation

Great stay in Champions Gate as usual. These properties have so much to offer with your stay. The Oasis club the Retreat club and so much nearby. Easy check in and access throughout stay once checked in (main gate) you get pass and access through multiple gates no waiting in line to gated community. We had minor issues with hot tub one message to host and they sent out technician. Don’t hesitate in booking this property. As with all VRBO rentals all are stocked differently this property lacks some things other comparable properties we have stayed at offered but wouldn’t make me not rent this property again.

We did not know we had to go through a certain gate to get to our house so had to ask a jogger

We loved the pool and spa. The house was roomy and the beds comfy. There was no pot for the 12 cup coffee maker and it looked like it was replaced with a 4-6 cup maker. We ended up buying a 12 cup coffee maker. There were no face cloths with the towels and no cloths for the kitchen for doing dishes or wiping the counter so we got some. Overall we had a wonderful 10 days. We went to the oasis club often and enjoyed it. We were disappointed that the big water slide was not open as we were looking forward to it. We went to Aquatica and had a blast there.

Just a few complaints

Even though the property was nice the house had alot of 1. Dirty walls-in the kitchen in front of bar stools was nasty. 2. There were at least 5 doors where the door handles fell off 3. Handle on the kitchen sink came off 4. Upstairs sink stopped up 4. Brink from edge of pool broke off causing my 6 yr old granddaughter to fall in. 5. Had plenty of towels but no wash clothes

Worked for us

This home was great for what we needed it for. It was spacious, great location and amenities. A few things to note—bring your own towels, there aren’t any even towels in all the bathrooms. We bought some and left them, hopefully the management company leaves them there. The pool was quite dirty when we arrived but they sent someone out straight away to clean it once I called. Overall this property was good. Just some minor things that weren’t ideal but not hard to rectify.

Great for large families

This property was perfect for my large group. There were lots of bedrooms and plenty of space for people to spread out. We had a couple of issues but the property manager was very responsive and worked to remedy issues promptly. This particular property has some sort of electrical issue. The breaker kept tripping and we would randomly lose power to 1/3 of the house. Most of the time it would occur in the middle of the night, so not while people were using a lot of appliances, etc. When this happened, we would flip the breaker and the power would come back but it did get frustrating after a while. There also seems to be no ability to control the temperature in the house. We stayed during an unusually cold week. On a couple of occasions we tried to turn up the heat but it would always reset to 67 degrees. We also paid to heat the pool and hot tub but because the outside temperature got so low, the pool heater would auto shut off. This is clearly defined in the rental information so it wasn't a surprise but it really would have been nice to sit in the hot tub on those cold nights. Even without the low outside temperatures, I'm not sure the hot tub would ever have gotten warmer than the pool. We also couldn't get hot water to the big bathtub in the master bedroom. Lot's of hot water in the rest of the house but not the bathtub. That was disappointing. I know I have listed a few negatives but all in all this property was great, the management was responsive, and I would stay here again.

Cuzzins Tetreat 2021

We definitely had a wonderful time together as 1st cuzzins. Mission accomplished. Awesome location. The only issues that we had was the up keep of the house. Just thought that the cleanliness of the home could have been much better. Having had a cleaning business of my own for many years, I tend to be more observant when it comes to cleanliness. Also, the walls in certain areas were very dirty maybe from children playing. All in all the decor in the house was beautiful but felt it could have been better had the housekeepers did more of a detailed cleaning. Whomever, the property manager is, maybe can come over more often to do touch ups on the house on a regular basis as needed.

Great house

This was a great house that accommodated all our family. We had a amazing time with the pool, the kids and adult enjoyed it. The gated community was a plus, it made us feel safe. There were some issues. The first night the top floor air didn't work it was extremely hot upstairs. One of the suites downstairs had pubic hairs on the shower ledge and in the wash clothes. Luckily we brought our own towels. One of the upstairs rooms had a roach. The TVs are extremely hard to operate some of us had to use our own prime accounts to work the TV. I never been in a house where the TVs were a challenge but I would definitely stay here again.

Plenty of room, good for tall people!

I know, "Good for tall people" seems like an odd comment, but the beds in this house are tall! My adult son is 6'3 and it was perfect for him. My Mom, on the other hand , had to bring a chair over to the bed to get up into! The children's beds were a fine height! The beds and pillows were all comfortable and clean. The large pool area was enjoyed daily and even though we didn't pay extra to heat it, it was perfect. The in-pool light was a nice touch at night! The only issues we had were some housecleaning ones: each bathroom had one set of towels and we didn't find the others until the day we checked out. They were in one bedroom closet (?) And a small closet upstairs in the corner. There was 1 or 2 extra blankets, which were needed! We purchased plastic cups for the kids, but they had plastic plates, and full dish sets, kitchen stuff, etc. I wasn't sure what to do with the trash, but saw everyone leaving it at the end of the driveway, so we did too. It seems there is a daily pickup? Good for a 9 bedroom house! The size and price was great for our family reunion and I would stay here again!

This house completely satisfied all of our expectations. We were close enough to all of the parks to drive in daily and yet close enough to town to get any needed supplies. We did have a little trash problem and came to find out the trash bins were located at the front step and looked like a little bench. We had more beds then we actually needed and more than enough restrooms for our 14 person group. The kids loved the themed rooms and the adult rooms/ beds were super comfy. There were a few repairs that need to be made and the manager was very understanding but in all the house worked out great!

Average rental property

This was an average house that was quite dirty upon arrival. Found a used floss stick under the bed, bugs in the kitchen, dishes in cupboard were dirty, left over food and a shirt in the kitchen. Tried to contact the property manager and did not respond immediately. Had difficulty getting other individuals from our group in the gate. Carpets were dirty. Neighbors were super loud and walls paper thin. Not many amenities in the house. Had to purchase all new paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc. I would keep looking.

When we got there the pool and the hot tub weren’t hot, the garbage disposal wasn’t working it kept getting clogged up, the tub only had warm water no hot water, it took me a whole day to get in touch with them about the issues and only the pool technician came which only fixed the situation for a day or 2. Nothing else was fixed. We found 2 roaches in the kitchen, we couldn’t control the ac temperature in the first floor. My father and brother left and when coming back the lady was giving them a hard time on are last night there about going back to the house and she even call the cops on them. I will not be going back to champions gate the house was beautiful but it’s not worth a headache.

Don’t go to this place. The management is very slow to respond to your concerns. We go to Florida every year for the last 30 years and this was the worst experience we have ever had. The pool never worked correctly from day 1

Could Have Been Much Better

My stay here was okay, but could have been a whole lot better. The major issue I had is that there were no outside trash bins. There were twelve of us and quite a bit of trash was accumulated. I contacted the owner as well as the property manager on several occasions, but never received one. As a result, filled trash bags had to be placed in the garage, rendering it and the games inside useless. I had also asked for a grill which the owner said they would provide, however it also was never provided. The walls in the common areas were excessively dirty and the counter chairs are very flimsy. The shower door in one of the 1st floor master suites was broken as well as many other things. There were several TVs without remotes and others that didn’t work. On a brighter note, the beds are very comfortable and the house is pretty spacious. Other than the walls, it was pretty clean. Based on the lack of communication and the failure to respond on the owner and the property managers’ part, I would not return to this property. Just fyi, getting there was very difficult initially. When the address was put into gps, it gives directions that names the city as Kissimmee. These directions will take you to the correct place. The owner was no help at all.

A nice property with ample amenities for a large family

Overall, our experience was positive. A couple drawbacks included difficulty navigating the neighborhood considering that it is a relatively new subdivision. A major cause of concern was the lack of communication between the executive village personnel. The listing included a grill which was not at the property neither at the check in time or at all. We had to rent a grill from an unaffiliated party. Regardless, our experience was positive and the listing was for the most part accurate.
