Discover your perfect Florida escape in this stunning 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath villa, nestled within a resort-style gated community just minutes from Disney and other top attractions. This fully furnished home features high ceilings, a spacious kitchen, a large family room, and a covered lanai with a summer kitchen—ideal for outdoor dining. Enjoy access to a 24-hour clubhouse, pool, fitness center, and on-site dining. If you're here to unwind, this villa has it all.

The property features a pool; however, a daily fee of $100 is charged for use of the facilities. You DO NOT NEED to use this pool or pay this daily fee. It is OPTIONAL. Most guests will pick a day or two during their vacation to use the facilities. You pay at the location in Magic Village.
BBQ Grill rental is $50. If the propane gas runs out, you are responsible for the cost to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Walgreens. The cost to trade is typically @$30.
We also offer a full-service option for $120, where someone ensures the gas is full, and we will replace it if it goes empty.
It must be requested at least 48 hours before check-in.
Pet fee: The house is pet-friendly, but your pet must be house-trained. The cost is $20 per night, with a cap of $300 for the total stay.
