Beautiful private house 4 beadroom and 3 bathroom, one king bed room, two queen bed room and one double beds, kitchen , large living room with wifi and cable, indoor pool, laundry room and upstair sofa.
Only 10 minutes from Disney world, free parking up to 2 cars, restaurants, supermarkets, gas station and a golf course nearby. Every room have cable and wifi, The Master bedroom have bathtub.
We are a keyless home all the instructions and codes of the gates and house will send by e mail 3 days before you arrive.

Everything was great. Nice home. Quiet and peaceful complex. Only issue was our check in was delayed and was not told until last minute. Also had to go out to buy more tissue as well We were only given a roll for each bathroom. Other than that it was a nice stay!!

Parking was easy and convenient-just steps from the door. The space was spotless and well taken care of. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The washer/dryer came in particularly handy after we were caught in an afternoon downpour. The neighborhood is very quiet and most conveniences are nearby. I highly recommend the property!

Wow, it’s huge and super spacious! The pool was a bit chilly, but still pretty awesome. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to whip up a meal. There are plenty of beds and bathrooms too. Now, the cleanliness could use a little TLC—the rug to the stairs was a bit dirty and the railing was sticky. The walls weren’t the cleanest either, but a little paint and a good vacuum should sort all of that out. The 3 remotes didn’t work because the batteries were dead, and the mattress downstairs wasn’t the coziest.But hey, overall, these are just minor things. I’d definitely stay again! The price is great for the location and amenities including.

Terrific Property and Value

This townhouse is awesome! There was plenty of space for our party of six adults (plus a little one) to spread out and enjoy the home while being a reasonable distance from Disney and the airport. I didn't see the high chair and pack-n-play anywhere in the description so they were much appreciated surprises. Every rental has little things that things that aren't perfect but this home is well maintained and a great value for a family vacation!

Enjoyed our stay

We had a nice stay at Ricardo's property. The neighborhood is much quieter than nearby Champions Gate that we have stayed out. Ricardo was very easy to contact. The rental was cleaner than other VRBO rentals we have stayed out. The beds were too firm for my liking but that is a personal preference.

Nice homeowner but disappointed in the condition of the home

Home was in a good location for our Disney and Universal Studios vacation. Homeowner was nice and apologetic to the things that did not go well but, unfortunately, the list was long and difficult to overcome. The counters, bathrooms, bathroom floors, towels, carpet on stairs were dirty. The dishwasher was broken and unable to use all week. All the showers turned to cold water within 3-5 minutes of use. The dryer was full of lint (which I cleaned out) and the door did not latch appropriately-it took 2+ hrs to dry clothes. We saw a few ants here and there but then saw hundreds on the second floor causing us to vacate the home one day early. There were no repairs made or attention to our other concerns during our stay.
