Upon arrival I was surprised the property was in a huge parking lot but I got over it because of how close it is to Universal Studios and City Walk. Walking distance. There is also a delicious Japanese steakhouse and conveniences such as Walgreens nearby. The front desk house was incredibly rude and dismissive not once did he smile or attempt to be welcoming. Kids were running all around the lobby wrestling and fighting and running up and down the halls early in the morning. The bathtub was dirty. I had to clean it myself before I even got in and so was the bathroom sink. The mini fridge had a stale old smell to it. I didn't even bother looking at the breakfast since the place wasn't as clean as I would expect I didn't want to eat food there. Check out was just as rude and awkward as check in. The security deposit was just supposed to be a temporary hold but my card was charged let's see if I get my $100 back the way they say I wouldn't recommend this place there are dozens of others near the theme parks. However the bed was comfortable and so are the pillows

Everything about this property was filthy. We started in 211, went to a park and came back to roaches on the furniture. When we called the front desk, they were well aware and it was a common problem. They moved us to room 212 and ensured us it was clean. The next morning we woke up to baby roaches on the wall. If you want to stay here because the parking is free and it’s cheap, don’t. P.s. the breakfast buffet is horrible.
