Start your vacation right in this beautifully decorated 5-bedroom/5-bathroom villa at Windsor resort. The lovely and cozy décor will make you feel right at home. Enjoy ample living and dining room space, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for your stay. A full-size washer and dryer are at the home for your use, however we do not provide laundry detergent, so keep that in mind when preparing for your stay. Step out onto the patio and enjoy your own private swimming pool and spa. Optional add-ons for your stay: Pool/ hot tub heating is available for $70 every five days Each additional 5 days stayed would be an additional $70 for pool heat . If your property has a grill, please note there is a cleaning fee of $29.95.
We know that pets are an important part of your family, and we're pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations for your furry friends. Please note that there is a fee of $250 for damages caused by pets, and we kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture during your stay. Restrictions apply please contact our team for further details.

Wonderful place!!! Although we didn’t use them, it’s awesome that they offer strollers and even a toddler bedside rail if you need it!! Amazing staff at the front gates as well! Absolutely would stay here again!

Pictures did not represent the conditions of the property. Dirty carpet, walls, lighting fixtures, dusty board, bodily fluids on walls and light switches. It did not made feel that I was in a taken care unit. Kids beds broken. Management needs to schedule more frequent deep cleaning to their units to keep the integrity of the pictures on the web, otherwise is misrepresentation.

Summer family vacation

The entire family was pleased with the choice of staying in this home for a week while we were on vacation. The home was beautiful and clean. It easily accommodated our family and our dog. The resort was really nice as well. The lazy river and large pool were a great addition to our vacation. It is a great place for families to come and enjoy the sun and water. If you didn’t feel like swimming or sunning with others you can stay at the house in the private pool. The house is somewhat close to the Disney resorts but further away from Universal. Going to Universal was still manageable. There is so much to do in the area and I highly recommend this property.If I had any questions, the property manager either answered right away or if I had to leave a message they called right back. They also communicate via email and the responses are prompt. Would I return there? Yes!

The house was good the only problem we had was with the roaches outside. They were getting in under the front door and got into my suitcase in the downstairs bedroom. We put a towel under the door to help keep them out.

Never again

The inside of condo is nice all the beds are in need of new mattresses many lightbulbs burnt out. The front door needs a new threshold you can see daylight and many animals lizards came under it into condo!!!! Gross!!! Paid to heat pool heater didn’t work for day and half. The pool doesn’t open till 10:00. This is Florida people want the sunshine before noon!!! And no food or beverages permitted in pool area what a joke!!!!for the money I paid to stay I shouldn’t have to buy drinks extra. Getting in and out of the gate is a joke took us 40 minutes to get back into condo after already checking in with groceries in car including ice cream that melted on us. For all the condos and homes one pool is not enough. Also there was no money spent to add any curb appeal just a full ugly box of buildings. Just really can’t say much good for this resort other than our place was roomy . For the money I spent we should get first class everything. Have to say this will be my one and only visit to your place. And I wouldn’t recommend to anyone in my family. One great thing we had warm sunny weather

Lovely place / wonderful stay

The unit was spectacular - just as described and pictured. The pool was a wonderful respite from the hustle and bustle of Orlando. You could see the Magic Kingdom at night from our back windows. Perfect for our pet. He was welcome all over the property. We would highly recommend to anyone.

Family Time Together

We came for Run Disney and stayed a few days to visit Disney parks. Great location, close to everything we needed. Definitely go to Twisty Treats down the street for ice cream. Not a lot of kitchen items: cookware, pots, pans, for cooking a meal. We had a great time and loved the layout of the house and it provided us with the space that we needed.

The place was wonderful for my family of 4. There was plenty of space and the amenities of the clubhouse were amazing. My kids (5,2) really loved the pool. There was a cold front while we were there and the heated pool really came in handy. I didn’t think we would really use it, but we ended up using it more than the clubhouse. I would definitely rent this again.

A Disappointing Stay - Mismanagement and Frustration from Start to Finish

Even with the lost names for gate access and trouble getting into the room, this still might have been a 4-star review. Even with the inconsistent pool temperature and scarce kitchen supplies, it could have been a 3-star. However, after verifying in writing before arrival that we could park 4 cars, security would only let in 3. They were inflexible even though there were obviously hundreds of parking spaces available (IHM solution was to park in an unsafe location and also claimed to not know the new parking rule.). Instead of turning in early so the whole family could wake up for our 4 am activity, we spent the evening driving around trying to find someplace safe and secure to park an extra car. We booked this space specifically so we would get a good night’s rest before our activity. Ultimately, we would have had more sleep if we hadn’t booked it at all.
