The property had just had the carpets cleaned the day that we arrived. No fans were running so we had soppy wet carpet which made things not only a mess, but dangerous going from wet carpet to tile. I called the property management twice about this and 6 days later still have yet to hear from them. No extra garbage bags (only get 1), no wash cloths in the kitchen, no shower curtain in the master bath, floors had been quickly cleaned but along the edges were caked with hair and other grossness. This place was disgusting! What was the most upsetting is that the property manager didnt ever call me back. The dryer takes 3 hrs, not exagerating, to dry 2 towels and a few shirts. The pool area doesnt allow you to being your own food or beverages and then price gouge you for $8.00 for a can of beer. Only 1 bartender for 300 people. Long waits to order, even longer to get it at times. Pool and slide were great. The kids loved them both and had a great time! Overall, we would NOT recommend this property. If your looking for a dump with no cuatomer service, then this is the place for you. They do have many other units that Im sure are managed better and are clean. You could definitely look into those. The area was great. Very close to just about everything. People are friendly, etc.
