The Oasis Club at Champion's Gate (clubhouse 1) is a resort clubhouse like you've never seen before - featuring a huge lazy river and 2 story waterslide and the Children's Splash Zone Water Park! There is also the Quiet Pool and Jacuzzi, just for the adults. And most importantly, the Poolside Tiki Bar! Shuttle Services available throughout the community.

Do not forget the state-of-the-art Fitness Center / Gym, the Aerobics Room, Movie Theatre (with theatre seating!) on a large projection screen, Sand Volleyball & Tennis Courts, the Grill Room on-site Restaurant and Bar, and the Arcade! Cable TV, high-speed wireless internet and local calls are provided free of charge! Access to the Resort, all amenities and Concierge Service Deck are all included free of charge!

Pool doors are equipped with chimed alarms to ensure young children are safe. There is also a safety fence on the deck. Children must be supervised at all times. Safety Fence must be fully reinstalled upon check-out!

A washer & dryer are also provided. Pool heating is available for an additional charge ($35 per day)

There is a camera located on the exterior of the property. The camera does NOT face any private areas or inside the home.


Pool heating is $35 per day, and must be requested and paid in advance. Heating is required to be on for the entire stay. Pool heating is needed for spa to heat up. (Minimum 3-nights required if your stay is shorter)
Pool heaters are typically set between 88F and 90F, while spas (if available) are set to 104F.

*Pool disclaimer: No specific regular pool temperature can be guaranteed by this service. During and after cold fronts, or in winter generally when days are short, pool heaters may struggle, or even be unable to keep the water at the same temperature until the weather gets warmer. The optional pool heater service must be ordered and paid before our service personnel can turn it on. We suggest ordering pool heat prior (72 to 48 hours) to your arrival. Without optional pool heat, pool temperatures can go down to 52 to 60°F in December to March, depending on the weather. The pool heater will help to warm up the pool faster when it gets warmer outside, however, you should not expect “bathtub temperatures” during, or after Central Florida winter cold fronts or cold nights.

*Unfortunately, we are unable to activate / deactivate the pool heater on short notice or provide refunds for previously ordered pool heater service, but we will try our best to accommodate you. We reserve the right to make pool heat unavailable at any time for maintenance or repairs. In case of a technical malfunction, we will refund the pool heat charge for the time the heating service was not available to you. No further credit can be given if pool equipment fails or is unavailable for any reason.


A Gas BBQ Grill provided free of charge. Guests must clean and empty the drip pan after each use. Guest must exchange the gas propane tank if needed.

No commercial or recreational vehicles, including (but not limited to) tractor trailers, cabs, boats, personal watercraft, recreational vehicles, trailers of any kind, including (but not limited to) hitch trailers, 5th wheel trailers, and gooseneck trailers; or any vehicle that is hauled on a trailer can be parked on property overnight.

Maximum of 4 vehicles per reservation.
