Enjoy your stay: the entire floor of this luxurious villa is tiled including a formal living and dining area. The living area has a leather sofa, a love seat and 51' led tv for guests to enjoy. The formal dining area seats 6 people with unique art works surrounded. Beautiful window treatments, artwork ,accent painted walls and an upgraded furniture package makes this villa very homely and welcoming. The open concept kitchen has a breakfast nook with modern furniture and appliances.

The master bedroom has been beautifully decorated, there is a king-sized bed, 2 night tables with lamps, 32' lcd tv/media chest, a crib and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a 32' tv/media chest and again an ensuite bathroom. ; the third bedroom has two twin-sized beds decorated in a 'despicable me' theme; the fourth bedroom has two canopy beds decorated in a princess theme.

The pool area is enclosed by a removable safety fence for child safety and includes a generously sized pool and a relaxing Jacuzzi spa. Gas BBQ is available.

The game room is iron man themed and is well equipped with basketball game, football and air hockey.

This villa is located in the prestigious the shire at west have gated community. It boasts some of the best amenities to be found in any vacation home community, including a community clubhouse with a resort-style pool and fitness center, sand volleyball courts, tennis courts, and an abundance of open green space! It is in an extremely convenient location, twenty minutes driving to Disney world, two minutes to champions gate golf and plaza (many restaurants, publix supermarket) and five minutes to posnar park mall.

Magnifique propriété, identique aux photos!

Maison trÚs confortable, spacieuse, magnifique, au calme, chouette piscine. Proche de Disney (20 minutes) et de plein de malls et d'outlet. Il manque juste quelques petites choses comme du produit vaisselle, une éponge, du papier ménage et quelques condiments. Mais ce n'est qu'un inconvénient mineur. Nous recommandons vraiment cette maison. Le propriétaire et le manager sont trÚs réactifs, rien à redire. Nous avons passé un super séjour à 8 (4 adultes, 4 enfants entre 4 et 8 ans).

Exactly for what we expected!

First of all I have to say thanks to James, the owner, for the organization which is to make completely by exchange of e-mail (we are from France) and his answers always fast! Thanks for that! About the villa, she was completed for us with 3 adults and 2 children. Just what one needs that with all that it is necessary. There were some small regulations to be made by arriving on the cleanliness and the equipment, some affairs damaged but really nothing serious. And the team of cleaning and management of the villa came at once, one thank you to them! The rent of this villa was really great, very well placed in a district quiet and close to everything. A beautiful place to stay during our holidays! Thanks!

We had an amazing stay at this vacation home! All was good in the house, alot of room for everyone. Well stocked which is appreciated. We enjoyed the outside area, loved the hot tub! A bit of a drive to and from Disney and Universal due to traffic and would recommend alternate to I4 during construction. But overall a great area, felt very safe. Host was great to deal with and answered all inquiries quickly.We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and lovely getaway — especially if you love having a private pool and hot tub to enjoy.

We enjoyed our stay. The house has everything you could need. It’s a little further out from Disney but that is what we prefer as we know the alternative routes. Quiet area but just minutes from shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing house with everything you need.

The home was clean and had plenty of dishes, towels, etc. Easy to get to and close to amenities. We didnt use the pool as the ambient temp outsdie was too cold for the pool to be well heated since we happened to come during a cold snap. We were able to enjoy the game room indoors. Overall a great home and we would definitely stay again.

Great Holiday

A super time was had for all the family in this well presented and spotless single story spacious home. A lovely size heated pool and jacuzzi of which the children could not get enough of welcomed them after a day at the Disney parks. The children loved their bedrooms and the various gaming in the games room. Full cooking, washing machine and dryer facilities all worked a treat and our fabulous host James was quickly to respond to any of our queries. The area was quiet and with the gated accommodation made it easy to relax and enjoy our Spring break.

Great house!

This house was perfect - plenty of room for my family of 4. The kids loved the themed bedrooms and the arcade/game room. There were plenty of towels and daily household items. It was also very clean. We initially had an issue with the pool when we arrived - the heater wasn’t turned on. However, I sent a message to the owner and he very quickly responded by email and a phone call and immediately addressed the problem. It’s also in a nice neighborhood to walk around in. We definitely plan on staying here again next time we vacation in Orlando. No complaints at all!

Located in a busy area, traffic everywhere, all the time. Property is a bit dated. Seating in family room area is limited. Tile floors throughout. Close to the parks!

We had a wonderful time during our vacation stay at this property! The check in/out process was simple and easy. The communication from the property manager was quick and always helpful to answer any questions. My 2 year old daughter was obsessed with the princess room (which even had princess dresses and play shoes she could wear). The house was large enough to allow everyone to have their own space but also allow us to spend time together. The children absolutely enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary items. The house is located in a gated community Which is nice to know only the people in the neighborhood have access in and out. The location was about 20 minutes from the parks (Disney, Univeraal, Seaworld). My only complaint (which has nothing to do with the property itself) was you do hit a lot of traffic coming home from the parks or in the evening. Other than that the house was beautiful and comfortable. Pictures are exactly how the house looks. Definitely would stay again in the future!

Good place just as pictured, house was clean. We had a great vacation at disney. A couple things i wanted to mention is i feel i sould of been warned of, is that they do not supply toilet tissue, i know i visited two weeks after the hurrican but there were 4 screens on the pool thats was dammaged and we could not enjoy the pool or hot tub because of being eaten by bugs..also it was alot of sand in the bottom so i know it wasn't cleaned before we come!!! But over all great house and will give them a try again in the future . because we were eaten alive by the mos

Nice Place Just wasn't clean

We got in about 9pm on our check in date and beds were not made and place was not clean, apparently the cleaning lady day before just let and did not tell anyone. They cleaned it on the 2nd day while we were there and i ask about the pool that had hair in it ( alot ) and was dirtly, cleaning lady said she would tell someone, noone ever came to clean it. Our host offered the cleaning fee back and that is nice but should have been more since the we got in late had to make beds and basically had a dirty house and pool never got cleaned. It won't let me add pics or i would. We stayed in another place the next week due to scheduling conflict of our own fault and it was awesome, clean and pool and house were clean upon check in. He called several times to discuss but last thing i wanted to do was talk about issue while on vacation. I really feel like more should have been done but so be it.

We came down for my daughter’s cheer competition at Disney. It was a great stay, near plenty of shops and restaurants, about 20 mins to Disney, easy access to the highways, but far enough away to not be bothered by it! The house is exactly how it looked online! The kids loved the pool and all the pool floats, even the two large crazy neighborhood birds that roam! The neighbors were very friendly and the neighborhood was very safe! I would stay in this neighborhood and house again! Thank you for your hospitality!

Best Vacation!

We had a wonderful time! The house was clean and well stocked with items! Pool was great - we didn't use the hot tub but it looked great too! Plenty of room for large families it was just my husband and I so we didn't use all the rooms. Lots to do in the area besides Disney!
