Check in was a bit bumpy. They put us in a room that the key would not open the door. Then they moved us to another room. But we booked the room with a king and two twin beds, so they had to move us again. My husband left his pillow in that room and after calling the front desk they said that they check another guest in that room. They never contacted the guest to try and get the pillow. We asked several times. Then once we left they wanted us to pay to have it shipped back to us. Rooms were spacious. But the staff didn’t seem like they cared much.

Great location when visiting Universal Studios. Room was great for our family of 6. We rented a 2bd, and the unit had 3 full bathrooms which was great for when everyone was getting ready to go to the parks. The price was also very reasonable.

A property with positives. PLEASE ISSUE $75 REFUND

Negative - On checking in we paid for X2 nights for parking our rental car. I noticed on arrival home my Revolut had been charged for an additional X5 extra parking nights (@$15 per night- $75)when we made it clear we were only renting a car for X2 nights. I am unable to find a specific email address to contact the property & was put on hold for a long period of time after explaining my issue over the phone. I trust the property sees this review and takes action to refund swiftly(we stayed in room 201 from 9th-16th August). The internet reception was very intermittent throughout our stay. Postives- a fantastic base for accessing Universal parks via Uber. Spacious room. Great pool and gym- all well kept. Accomodation was very well equipped. Washing machine and tumble dryer available in studios. Premium outlets and restaurants in walking distance. We would happily return and recommend this location (once action has been taken to refund the $75 we were overcharged).

Location was about an 11 minute drive to Epic Universe! A small resort, but peaceful. Parking is $15 per day. Loved our stay as always. Will definitely be back!
