This hotel was equivalent to staying in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Fully equipped and even had a washer and dryer. Clean, very comfortable, roomy…1200 sq ft. Offered nightly movies outside by the pool. Complimentary snacks in the afternoon and evening. Staff was polite and lovely.

We loved our stay. The room was clean upon arrival. The facilities are clean and well taken care of. Guests service was very nice and accurate. Located close to shopping, malls and a fun attractions park. Within a short driving distance from Universal Parks. The room was big and the parking was free. The room was located in a second floor I wish they had an elevator since one person in my group has difficulty with stairs Other than thst everything was great.

This property is very clean, quiet, safe, and convenient to restaurants, Universal Studios, and many other attractions in Orlando. We would stay here again and recommend this property 100%. We stayed in a 2 BR 3 BA unit. We never heard anyone around us and had plenty of space to enjoy. The air-conditioning works great and everything is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very responsive via text, call, and in-person and it is not overcrowded like many properties in the area. We enjoyed a movie at the pool one evening and they offer other daily treats and activities. We give this property at 10/10! I only took one picture as we enjoyed it so much we didn't take any others.

The staff at the resort was extremely friendly, helpful, accommodating, and care about the guests. We had an issue with the a/c in our room and upon mentioning it, maintenance arrived within 5 minutes. After learning it wouldn’t be a quick repair, the hotel relocated us to another room. The grounds are well kept and the pool is very nice. The rooms are stocked with all items needed to cook and be comfortable during the stay. Upon our initial arrival, the room was not completely cleaned, but there were supplies in the room and I swept/cleaned floors. The second room was clean as are the grounds. It was a good experience and again, the hotel staff is excellent!

The home was stuffy, 3 of us sneeze throughout. In the master bathroom by the sink theres a unpleasant smell not sure if its in the pipes or where. Its unpleasant. The stay was just ok, nextime ill be more careful of where to book inconcern of allergy

Property was clean and we had everything we needed. The property even comes with dishes for preparing meals. Made us feel like home and we had just the space we needed. I will totally recommend this place.

This place is even older than it looks. Everything is a little dingy. There are lots of bugs in the rooms. The staff is good and try their best to help with anything you need.

At first glance was uncertain, but was pleasantly surprised once we got in. Amenities like the pool, hot tub, exercise room, and the activities available Were kept nice and inviting. Only thing that I would say is paying for parking on a facility you paid to stay at is a little crazy. Other than that worth the money would stay again.
