it was an absolute nightmare checking in. To make a long story short, they said my credit card was showing up as not authorized, but it clearly went through on my bank statement (i also showed them) I had to call my bank and ask them and they said it showed us authorized and that the hotel was trying to charge it like seven more times. it then resulted in a three-way call with me my bank in the hotel. The hotel was just not being extremely helpful and my bank was trying to explain to them that it showed as authorized and that it went through. my bank asked if they would wait 24 hours for the pending charge to fully go through on their end because they were clearly doing something wrong and luckily they did and it ended up being resolved, but I definitely would not stay here again! on top of that, there was mold in the showers. The showerhead was broken. It just did not feel very clean.

There was very dirty bathroom. The elevator did not work had to carry luggage down the stairs. Very bad smell thru out the hotel and room. I served 21 years in the army and had never seen a worse hotel anywhere until I visited this one.

the room was ok.there was a pop can on the floor by the bed. when i left a tip my bed got made. when i didnt leave a tip she sat towels on the vanity and left. I had asked for room servive every day, of which i dont think you should have to ask, and again it was half room service.Breakfast was very good as were the ladies serving it

We have stayed at this hotel for many years and have always enjoyed it. The 24 hour pool & hot tub is great for us and we love being able to just walk over to Old Town, Fun Spot or mini golf. The breakfast options are always good and we find the staff to be friendly, accommodating and helpful.

The breakfast was good but the bathroom was awful. The shower curtain was torn and the curtain rod fell down. Then the toilet was clogged & not by us. The maintenance man came up threw draino down and used a plunger but that didn’t work. We just left
