Contemporary Summerville resort home - 5 miles to Disney
A modern 4 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom townhome located on the gated Summerville Resort, just 5 miles from the entrance to Disney. The home features a contemporary design and private rear patio with BBQ grill.
The downstairs offers an open plan area with modern kitchen, sophisticated dining area and comfortable living space. There is a plush sectional sofa and large screen TV, plus glass sliding doors opening to your private patio area. Enjoy the Florida sunshine and grill outdoors with the BBQ grill included (Please leave BBQ clean upon your departure to avoid cleaning fee).
Also downstairs is a queen bedroom and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The master bedroom is located upstairs boasting kingsize bed, dual closets and ensuite bathroom with double sinks. There is a Minions themed twin bedroom the kids will love, another full bathroom, plus a Disney bunk room.
After a day exploring the parks, come home to indulgence at the Summerville Resort, which features a large heated pool and hot tub on a south facing deck with plenty of lounge seating. There is also a children's playground as well as Clubhouse with fitness center and games room. The beautifully designed townhomes around the central pool and clubhouse give the atmosphere of a quiet little village. You will find Summerville a hidden gem in very close proximity to all the theme parks and attractions that Orlando has to offer.
