Early arrivals ~ Pre-Registration begins @ noon. You may come fill out registration, pay resort fees and enjoy the pool until check in time.

Late check outs are subject to property availability and must be approved 24 hrs. in advance to check out date.

EXPEDIA Ticket desk is conveniently located in lobby for all your attraction ticket and dinner show needs from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Garbage/Trash Service:
All Garbage/Trash must be contained in Standard Kitchen bags. Loose items, grocery bags, or small bathroom liners will not be picked up. Please place in large blue receptacles located out back of unit.

There is a cleaning fee of $110 (All guests pay $110 to clean after you leave.) No daily maid service is provided, unless you wish to have a cleaning done during your stay, at a cost of $110. This vacation rental is a self-catered unit. I supply Trash bags under the kitchen sink and I kindly ask you to please bag all garbage and dispose of it in the garbage can in the backyard.

A deposit of $250 is refundable in full following your stay (with the following conditions). Failure to report all guests on the property, damaged/missing items in the home and smoking in the home will all result in forfeiture of all/some of the security deposit and rental monies paid.

All of our guests have access to the on-site Regal Palms Resort, which is approximately a 5 minute walk from our townhouse. Resort access provides guests with all these features:

The place was nice and clean, the main bedroom bed was comfortable. If you have bigger and taller kids, the other beds were not comfy or as big for them, these beds are more for little kids. Does have a nice size lazy river and pool.

Simple comfort

Overall, the property provided everything needed to enjoy our stay. The lazy river and hot tub were perfect. The only issue was trying to find the time to use all of the amenities. The host was always available and the property manager was there for a 1am check-in. Simple comfort.

Amazing Stay

From start to finish our stay was wonderful. My family and I were amazed. The home was exactly as pictured. The home was equipped with floats that we enjoyed at the lazy river. The poolside bar was amazing. We just loved this place. Our host was very responsive whenever I had questions. She the sweetest person ever. If you're looking for a nice home away from home with a host that cares, this is the one. We will definitely be using her for all of our future Florida vacations.

We stayed this property during the Christmas. This townhome has 3 beds room and 3 full bathroom, and kitchen that we could make holiday dinner. Everyone was comfortable to stay and we had cozy Christmas. Highly recommended.

Awesome family getaway

Our host Stephanie made our experience in Florida as seamless as possible. Check-in was quick and easy. The home was spacious, clean and had amazing AC. A plus for us was the Floaters that we were able to use for the pool during our stay. We didn’t have to go out and get some. We would definitely come back.

Trip for our 10 yr old nephew

We've spent the past couple of years taking our nephew on vacations and have booked many of them through VRBO. I can say that this stay would rank in the top 2, both for its affordability, location and accurate description. Our host Stephanie, was very helpful and responsive in addressing my questions. This unit was just as described and exceeded our needs and expectations. For potential customers, you won't regret booking this unit. My only disappointment was with the size of the lazy river and pool (it's pretty small) and it was very crowded. That is to be expected in FL in the middle of summer vacation but that is not a negative factor against the host or the property. The other comments regarding getting to the pool early and the convenience of nearby groceries and restaurants were spot on. A nice option to consider for eating at the condo is there are several charcoal grills located nearby that made it easy to grill steaks and burgers for an easy meal. Bottom line is we enjoyed our stay and you will to! We hope to stay with you again when we come back to the Davenport area.

Home away from home

This property was clean and spacious enough for our family of three. It easily could have accommodated additional guests. There's a Publix less than half a mile away so I was able to place an instacart order and pick up my groceries in less than an hour. The property is centrally located so each day we were able to reach an attraction even when traffic was backed up in under an hour. We went to Legoland (would not recommend), Sea World, and Universal Studios. The pool area is very attractive and the bar serves fruity frozen adult beverages. The only downside is that there's no one supervising the pool area... many guests treated it like a daycare and dropped their kids off unattended. It was crowded with unruly kids so it was hard to relax in the pool without getting kicked or splashed and many of the kids would bring their floaties from the lazy river into the big pool and then not even use them so they were just taking up space or come directly from the volleyball court covered in sand and jump directly in the pool.

Great home for a quick getaway!

No more, no less. For me it was just right! The property was accurately described in the posting. The A/C unit was excellent. It kept us cool and comfortable at night. I've stayed at places where the A/C wasn't that good and it made our nights unbearable and being in Florida you will appreciate a unit this good. The main pool was great for the kids. They had a wonderful time at the waterslide and lazy river. You pay a $20 resort fee per night upon check-in but it's worth every penny. Don't let that stop you from staying here.

I enjoyed my stay at this unit. It had all the ammeneties that I needed. A little issue with the furnace. It was quickly rectified between myself and the property owner. Great location for getting to the pool and fitness centre. Very quiet area of the complex.

We have been vacationing in the Regal Palms community for five years now with a large group of our extended family. We really enjoy the community and amenities for the reasonable price. Our experience this year staying in this condo was good - spacious, clean, good location to the pool/resort area. Communication with host was ok - we had to message them anytime we need the temperature adjusted in the condo (that was frustrating). There was a miscommunication on check in that caused frustration, but overall a great vacation for our family.

Great Unit. Great stay

Enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was clean, comfortable and relaxing. We were close to attractions, shopping, entertainment and restaurants. Easy check in and Stephanie our host was wonderful!

Arruinadas mis vacaciones

Encontré un par de animales tanto en una cama como en la cocina, pero la pesadilla comenzó cuando se descompuso el aire acondicionado y tuvimos que dormir en el carro, nos tuvimos que ir de ahí porque era imposible pasar otra noche así, y obvio mucho más caro! Al final el anfitrión se molesto porque no quisimos seguir ahí y pedía yo mi reembolso

Party of Five Perfect

Perfect size for our family of older kids - 23, 21, 16. Everyone had their own room & bathroom - well, my 2 girls shared of course. Very clean & host was quick to respond to any questions/concerns. Amenities- pool area- were nice per my daughters. Lots of young families there. :) GREAT location to Disney! Thank you - enjoyed very much!

Family Vacation

The property was clean and comfortable. There was lots of room for our family to spread out and have their own space. The pool was easily within walking distance. The owner was always available and checked in to make sure our needs were being met. I would definitely stay here again.
