Ground Floor

Pool

The luxurious private pool surrounded by tropical trees offers wonderful views of the sunset as you relax in the evening warmth of the Florida climate. You will find yourself drawn to this area which is provided with table, chairs and loungers for your enjoyment and comfort.

The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge (recommended for October to March stays) but for those really hot days of summer, the lanai is equipped with a ceiling fan to help keep you cool as you sip those iced drinks by the pool. A toddler pool safety fence is provided for your piece of mind.

Family Room

The spacious family room is beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished to allow our guests to relax and should they choose, enjoy the entertainment offered by the 200 channel cable HD TV, 55'' LED TV. This room also benefits from a ceiling fan.

Living Room

Should you want to relax in a quieter area, our sitting room provides a luxurious, light and airy space where you can chill out away from the Family room. Here you will find large comfortable chairs and sofa in which to relax and rest those weary limbs at the end of the day. One of the sofas converts into a double bed providing sleeping capacity for 2.

Dining Areas

There are two dining areas, a formal dining area and a breakfast nook. The breakfast nook looks out on to the Lanai and pool area and has seating to a breakfast bar in addition to the glass top table and chairs. The formal dining area is located next to the sitting room and has a large table with 6 chairs beautifully set out for those special dining occasions.

Kitchen

The large open plan kitchen comes complete with all mod cons to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Amenities include full size cooker, waste disposal, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and even a teapot for our British guests. The only thing you need to provide is the food and drink !!

Ground Floor Bedroom

A delightful ground floor bedroom with Queen bed. This room has a large walk-in closet, ceiling fan, TV, and access to an adjoining shared bathroom with bath with shower

Games Room

Should the kids have any excess energy after those days at the park, or on those days when the parents want to relax around the pool, we have provided something to keep them happy. The garage has been converted to a games area with a full size 8' Pool Table and Tiki Bar

Laundry Room

The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience.



First Floor

Master Suite

This truly magnificent room is furnished with a King bed with matching furnishings and provides a large walk-in closet and ample drawer space. The soft furnishings and decorations really make this room special, and of course it has its own 27' HD TV

The adjoining en-suite bathroom enjoys his and hers vanity units, large corner bath, separate walk-in shower unit and separate WC cubicle.

Bedroom 3

Kids will love this! The Princess room. A delightful Disney themed bedroom with 2 single beds. Features in this room match furniture which along with the soft furnishings make this a very comfortable room. In addition there is a large walk-in closet, ceiling fan and 37'' HD LCD TV.

Bedroom 4

This large room has twin beds, a desk with bookcase and TV/DVD player and ceiling fan. A built in closet and chest of drawers provides plenty of clothes storage space. The third bathroom is next door to this room.

Bedroom 5

This bedroom features twin beds and is situated next to the third bathroom. Ample hanging in a large walk-in closet and drawer space is provided along with a TV and ceiling fan for your comfort.

Very dirty & not so cute

The pictures for this house are the reason we decided on it. We got in early, couldn’t check in early, because there were people living in the house. We drove by to see it before getting the code, and people were loading up their belongings. Once we got the code, it didn’t work. I had to reach out to the host to get the house reset. The house was dirty, dishes had food left on them, there was an inappropriate picture of a woman left in the kids closet, and the home was musty. The towels all need replaced. They are very old and worn out. They knew we had 7 people coming, and only had 2 pool towels. They did bring more the following day, so that was a plus. The host responded until the end. I felt like we should receive a refund of some sort, especially for the cleaning fee we paid, because this house was nasty. But no response after requesting that refund. I know the pictures make this house look cute for families with children. But the decals are coming off every wall in the bedrooms, and the house walls probably haven’t been cleaned or painted in years. It just wasn’t a great stay in this home.

Kids loved the pool

Overall a good stay. Pool was great. Place was clean. A bit dated but comfortable. Loved the family room couches. Property manager responded quickly to questions. The one thing I would change is that the only information in the house is posted warnings about ways you can lose your damage deposit. There is no information about nearby restaurants or hospitals, check-out info, advice about how to sort the recyclables, etc. This would have been useful and made us feel more welcome in the house.

Very nice house and location

We really enjoyed our time at the villa. The pool was so clean and we paid extra for the pool heat ( highly recommended) we stayed in the middle of February and even though some nights dipped below 55, that pool heater was working hard to keep the water at 86. The house is so lovely and spacious. It quickly feels more like home than a rental. Beds are firm but never felt bad after sleeping. Lots of places to store your items, luggage and so on. The washer and dryer are very nice and there is a new dishwasher too. The fridge is spacious and has a small door for drinks so you don’t have to open the whole thing. The location, is amazing. Just head north to 192 to hit up the shops, and to avoid I4 as much as possible. There is a publix right next to the resort. And a target like 6 minutes away or 10 if you hit the red lights. Magic kingdom strollers delivers to this address which is a major plus. The owner is amazing!!! I never had such a responsive owner ever!! They answer all our questions within minutes, even before our travels. 10 stars for sure!! We had a couple of normal travel hiccups and they solved them right away. I highly recommend this home for your stay!! There is a park within walking distance and a golf course. If you choose to walk to the shops be careful of the traffic, they will not stop for you. I really can’t say enough good things about this place. We will definitely check availability for this house on our next trip!!

Fabulous stay

Owner was swift to handle any issue and was easy to contact. Safe and quiet neighbourhood. Close to amenities and golf courses. Enjoyed the pool and comfy lounges. All appliances worked great.

Great stay

The house is spacious and in a great location. We loved the pool. The decor is outdated but that didn’t really matter to us much. The kids loved the themed rooms. My only complaint is that there was not much to cook with. We ended up buying a pizza pan and pizza cutter and just left it at the property for the next people. There also could be more towels available but we did have 13 people so that probably didn’t help. Overall we loved it and had a great stay.

Will NOT book again

Pool slide door was not secure. Someone could easily break in. Patio screen had a spot that was torn out allowing access to lizards and flies
..so so so many flies. Flies were horrible due to trash that was already full when we arrived along with an old mattress thrown in the driveway with stuffing from it scattered around the front lawn. Trash wasn’t picked up until Monday, they say we were set to leave. Only 3 tvs in the whole house. Only two worked with our own Netflix. No cable. All beds accept the master bedroom where extremely uncomfortable. Furniture extremely outdated from the patio, to the living room, to the den should be refurnished. Pool sticks where so flimsy you couldn’t use them. Carpet was still wet when we arrived. We found a Covid test and an old spoiled milk bottle behind the tv and hanging from under a chair. Obviously no major cleaning is being done in between even though Covid is still spreading. Lizards kept getting in the house! Fridge kept running out of ice. It was really the worst homes we have stayed in for our vacation. Owner was very helpful and did respond when I reached out but made no effort in reimbursement when I told him we left a day early due to all the things we came across. Especially the foul smell of trash and flies attacking everything.

Dated but Convenient Location with Basic Amenities

If you are looking for somneone where you won't need to spend a lot of time, with a pool and basic amenities, this house is definintely a options. If you are planning on spending more time at thbe house and want comfort and amenities, you may not find everything that you are looking for here. Pros - the price point is really good for a 5 bedroom home with a pool - Decent distance to Disney Property - the grocery store is less than .5 miles from the house and walmart and dollar tree and other basic retail outlets are within 4 miles of the house - the pool. a house with a pool is always great - 5 bedrooms (4 upstairs and 1 downstairs) Cons - Far from Universal especially when you have to get on 1-4. It took much longer to get to the park than we expected - Dated. from the furniture with the peeling (faux?) leather, to the old drapes and valances, to the bathrooms andk kitchen appliances, to the paint on the walls, the house needs some updates for sure. You don'tnecessarily understand from the pictures just how dated the home is, but its a far cry from "modern" - Cleanliness - the property was not as clean as it should have been. There were trash cans that still had trash in them, there was hair in the beds, and in the bathrooms, and the sinks also looked like they had some really bad rust - Ants. There were a lot of small ants/bloodsuckers (small red bugs) that were in the kitchen mostely around the counters. These little buggers were also in the bathrooms.. we could see them more easily on the tiled or countered surfaces but they may have been in the carpet as well - Carpet definitely needs cleaning. The carpet on the steps and upstairs is cream colored and the wear shows - Old Linens. The linens provided in the house are old and it is possible that you may not have enough for your party. I would recommend bringingypurchasing your own linens (towels and sheets if you can) - The twin beds are really uncomfortable, so if you have adults sleeping in them, beware. - House Temperature and Thermostat. The house is really hot upstairs (thank God for the ceiling fans) and you cannot adjust the thermostat in the house at all. It cannot be lower below 73, Once you arrive to the home the AC is set to 74. If you want the temperature lowered to 73, you have to contact the house host to make the change. - Pool Cleanliness. The pool interior does need to be cleaned as well. The disacoloration actually scarpes off. kind of icky...

Excellent Place

This place was great! We had a group of 9, of which was 6 kids 12 and under, and we all had our own accommodations. Princess rooms for the littles, Harry Potter for the 12 year olds. The pool was clean, we paid extra to have it heated, but was worth it it to us, we used it daily! I can't say enough about how great it was to be able to cook and do laundry, we didn't do every meal there but was a real money saver there. And Alex our host was very nice, answered any questions I had promptly and was most helpful. I would absolutely stay here again!

AWESOME...!!!!

This vacation home was AWESOME...! Alex was one of the BEST host I’ve ever came across. He provided everything we needed and replied quickly. The pool was a little dirty (nothing major) but I contacted him and the pool guy was there in less than a hr to clean it out.. The neighborhood was beautiful and so was the neighbors they made us feel at home. The house was within mins from everything (restaurants, grocery stores, shopping areas, etc...) I would recommend this vacation home and we will definitely be looking forward to doing more business with Alex. Thank you for everything..!!!

A great stay for families.

The home was very clean. There is plenty of space for larger families/groups. The home is well stocked with the basics for your stay including towels. For longer stays I would recommend you bring extra paper towels/trash bags. The location was felt safe and secure, and Alex was very easy to get in touch with if we needed anything and helpful.

Awesome experience!

This property was amazing! Spacious and very clean! Perfect for our Sprink Break Trip with our kids! Alex was very quick to respond and made sure everything was great with the house! Already planning on booking for next year!
